Something i've been really curious about lately, but overall how does the PPSSPP Android Emulator stack up to the PC version?

I know that for the PC version, i haven't had any issues with

Shin Budokai AR
Guilty Gear

But those are all the games i've tried out.

I know that there is a compatibility list, but does it cover the PC version only ? Android version? Or both? Because when playing Naruto on the Nvidia Shield, I get slowdowns when there are a lot of characters on screen, or Edit: intro glitches with Dissida 012. The other games were playable, but i have only tried out those games so far, and nothing else yet.


To make it easier, how about using some of the most powerful android devices that are out right now,? If there is a link for the Android compatibility version, can any1 please post it? If not, then for people who have used the Android version, what have been your experiences with the Android version of PPSSPP so far?

i have a save data when playing with psp..and i want to use it in this emulator..both on pc and android..how can i use it..and load it...so i dont have to start from the beginning..especially for rpg...

HEY.I Use a windows 8.1 version but due to some reasons ppsspp does'nt work on my pc.
MY PC SPECIFICATIONS:
CORE 2 DUO
500 GB HARD DISK
2 GB RAM
NO GRAPHIC CARD.

Does ppsspp work for this specifiaions?

Hey, is there any way to change the windows size in linux?
Using awesome wm, but didn't work in others either.
Because fullscreen is no option for me as ppsspp turns my other monitors off then, so i want to play maximised - if possible somehow?

As the tittle says the new version of PPSSPP don't recognize the font folder in root directory, because of that the text in game, Yu Gi Oh! Tag Force 5, is too big and don't fixes in game space in places like cards, I'm using Windows 7 x64 and my Visual C++ library is at date, in 0.9.7 version I don't have that problem, thank you for your help.

P.D: There are two print screen images of both, 0.9.7 and 0.9.8 of gameplay as sample.

I have a problem about this update. In order to fix msvcp120.dll error when starting ppsspp (mine is 0.9.8 x64), I have to install 2013 C++ runtime from Microsoft Download Center. The problem is every time I tried to download the correct version (vcredist_x64.exe) there, it wont install the 2013 C++ but 2008 C++ instead so I can't fix msvcp120.dll problem because of this. I already have Visual C++ 2008 & 2010 installed and can use the older version of PPSSPP. Does anyone know the solution of this problem?

I am on a laptop with Intel i5 and a nVidia graphics card

I have used 0.9.7 previously with little problems (some games lagging etc.) but now, as I downloaded 0.9.8 - I just placed the new files over the old ones in the same directory - some games show very strange colors, it looks like a negative of a color photograph, if you know what I mean.

The games that have totally messed up colors (and didn't have them on 0.9.7) are for example Sega Rally Revo, GTA Liberty City Stories, Ridge Racer, Wipeout Pulse...
Of all games I have, the only game that DOES NOT show this strange behavior is God of War, which surprisingly runs better than it did on 0.9.7. - almost no lag.

Is there any solution to this problem, or should I just go back to 0.9.7.? Thanks in advance.

I cant open my PPSSPP gold why is that?
It keeps on saying "The program can't start because MSVCP100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"

I use Windows XP but with SP2 and MSV 2013 probably requires SP3.
