First off, the audio is greatly improved in this version, completely got rid of crackling in a few games. But, I don't mean to sound petty, but I can't stand the miniscule change made to the pause screen.

When playing I'll hit L2 to open it and quickly change and save states. By default, the save state bar is selected and you can load or overwrite your last selected state by hitting down once or twice, I find it faster and more intuitive than reaching for the F2-F4.

The new behavior defaults so that Continue is selected every time you pause. I think it's kind silly considering both Escape and Circle put you back in the game anyway.

Is there any way to change this? If this is just "how it's going to be" I'll get used to pressing left down instead of just down.

After the update, the emulator does not work anymore.
This occur with both latest versions (0.9.7 and 0.9.8).
In the image, you can see the problem. I wait for 'informations'.

Moderator's note: If your legacy ATI card (e.g. HD 2000/3000/4000 series, not including the old Radeon X series) is exhibiting this behaviour after updating to 0.9.8, you should update your ATI drivers to 11.11a (Windows Vista, 7).

Good Day!

I need help with PPSSPP, I had Windows XP Sp3 32bit before and PPSSPP is working perfectly fine, however today I just replaced my Operating system with Windows 7 64Bit (No hardware changes just OS) and I've been encountering an error for PPSSPP unable to totally launch. I already downloaded vcredist_x64.exe and vcredist_x86.exe, they're successfully installed. I attempted to use other version of PPSSPP however I have the same results.

PC Specifications:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
AMD A4-5300 APU with Radeon 3.4GHz
2GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT

As stated in the title newer versions of ppsspp have started to make audio stutter when I connect bluetooth headphones to my S4.
It's not a fps issue speed is at 100% in every game I play.
Edit: I didn't realise there was already another thread describing the same problem.

First of all i want to thank you guys for this great emulator.
I just reated this thread to report a small audio "bug?", its not really that important but i tough you guys should know.

While using the PPSSPP android version i noticed the audio would get very glitchy using blueooth stereo headphones, the audio returns to normal just by disconnecting them, and resumes the glitchness by reconnecting them.

I used
Nexus 5 (snapdragon 800)
August EP650 Bluetooth headphones

and ofc tried ALOT of ppsspp audio/graphic settings combinations, and including the ones with lowest possible graphic settings.

happens at least in two games, "FF crisis core" and "30 sec hero"
Dont have another game to test it yet, but if something changes ill provide more feedback.

It doesnt really bother me, those headphones can be also connect by wires, but i tough you guys should be aware of this

I've been playing PPSSPP for the past months.

I've been playing MHp3rD HD and MHFU recently.
I had to reformat my HDD so I decided to change OS too.
I was using Windows 7 and it was working fine.

I changed to windows 8.1 and I'm receiving this error about OpenGL 2.0.
I downloaded every driver in the world but still no luck.

Do I have to change back to 7?

i tried many every thing i have seen in the subjects but always say openGl driver error i installed everything
