0.9.8 Don't read font folder

As the tittle says the new version of PPSSPP don't recognize the font folder in root directory, because of that the text in game, Yu Gi Oh! Tag Force 5, is too big and don't fixes in game space in places like cards, I'm using Windows 7 x64 and my Visual C++ library is at date, in 0.9.7 version I don't have that problem, thank you for your help.

P.D: There are two print screen images of both, 0.9.7 and 0.9.8 of gameplay as sample.
