I need to find a tablet that can run the ppsspp at full speed with no lags, graphic issues, crappy sound, ect. I have a windows computer with Core i7 and Geforce GT640M and the ppsspp ran perfectly. I need a tablet like that. Any suggestions?

HI to everyone I'm new,and today I have installed ppsspp to have the chance to play again with mah luv.MHFU...ad I'm thinking:

Well,here is the problem:
I installed ppsspp the iso of mhfu and blah blah.I also configured my ps3 controller to play,and all went nice and smooth.
'Till I had to write my name in the character creation screen.I didn't had the possibility to do it.No pop-up keyboard or similar things.I can't write my name :/
Soo...anyone knows how I can ''fix'' that?I also tried to see if there was something in the settings,but nada.
At least,I didn't see anything :<
So that's it.
P.S.:Sorry for my English if I make some mistakes but,hey wacciugannadoh.I'm actually from Italy

So, I'm using a ps4 controller on my android tablet with PPSSPP version v0.9.9.1.
What I believe the issue boils down to is: "PSP analog range is a square; controller range is a circle"

Diagonal movements can't fully register because of the psp's square analog movement radius.
This means that you can only do 3/4 of the max diagonal input with a controller, which causes gamplay issues (moves don't work, characters keep walking)

The issue has been brought up before in the forums:

Has anyone else had this issue and know of a fix? Hopefully we can get some dev input.

Hi, i've been using ppsspp for quite a while with my HTC one (m7).

it's been less than stellar at times, i read it might be because of the CPU being hard to use for emulation.

I need help picking a new phone from these alternatives:

1. Sony Experia Z2
2. Samsung Galaxy S5
3. Samsung Galaxy Note III
4. Samsung Alpha
5. HTC One (m8)

if anyone knows i would love to know which one performs with PPSSPP the best.

ummm im getting this message everytime when im going to select the game called Rachet and Clank, and yeah i've extracted the whole .zip file and i got the .ISO file and im getting this message everytime,

hi. i have my old version of ppsspp gold 0.9.1..i was wondering if this version doesn`t have Cheat menu on it..ive tried putting a cheat folder under PSP, but the Cheat doesn`t seem to appear,where as in my old version of regular ppsspp not the gold,it has Cheat menu on it,please help.cThanks

Short version: Which modern phone would be best for using PPSSPP?

Long version: I'm in need of a new phone, and since my old PSP has a broken screen, a new PSP at that. I figured I'd combine the two expenses and get a phone capable of playing PPSSPP decently... except I can't find a good guide on how to do that.

I tried searching some of my prospective purchases on the forums (Sony Xperia Z3, LG G3, HTC One (M8)), but answers have been vague at best. And as cool as you guys are, I feel uncomfortable shelling out $200 to $700 dollars on vague results.

So, I put forth the question that I haven't seen asked. What's the best phone for this program? What would get decent or respectable results if one were to put in the right settings and such? Would any of those phones I mentioned even measure up?

Yes good day all. My analog and controller works completely fine on my Nexus 5 Android; I have even used it on a expse emulator and it is sweet. Now it is when I open the PPSSPP emulator that everything seems to work well, EXCEPT for the analog (in-game is same problem) The mapping seems good, (I re-tried mapping it, with L Ana Up and doing exactly as should be) But nothing.

The really weird thing is, that when I have the on-screen touch controls enabled, it literally shows everything I do on the controller! (I can see myself moving the Analog) but it does nothing! Has this happened before, and yes I have searched alllll over and tried allllot of things to fix this.

I read a thread with someone who seemed to have same problem as me, but he fixed it by re-booting which did not help me. SO Yes, any suggestions would be great!
