Can we please figure a way to get rid of these bots? They are really agrivating.

GFX:

Backend: OpenGL (dunno how's it gonna be with android Vulkan)
Mode: Buffered rendering (non-buffered, gives somewhat better fps but its a mess imo)
Simulate block transfer effect: On (default)

Frameskipping
I highly recommend using Auto-Frameskip and Prevent FPS from exceeding 60.

Postprocessing shaders: Personal Preference (some shaders impact performance)
Rendering resolution: 2xPSP (looks great on 720p screens)
Mipmapping,Hardware transform,Software skinning, Vertex cache, Lazy texture caching and disable slower effects should be enabled.

Texture scalling
I keep all that jazz off

Texture filtering
Anisotropic filtering: Off (16x by default for some reason :? )
Texture Filtering: Auto

Hacks
As far as hacks go i enable Timer hack and Texture coord speedhack

Audio
Enabled with latency on high without resampling or the DOA sound hack

System
DO NOT ENABLE MULTITHREADED, seriously don't can overheat ur phone pretty easly.

Anything that i left out probably means that its personal preference or doesn't affect performance.

I am using custom roms which improve performance, but most settings should work just fine on stock as well.

So, heres what happened. i have ppsspp on 2 computers. ppsspp ran perfectly fine on both just yesterday. today, i decided to try out god eater 2, but there were alot of issues, and i had to do some workarounds to make it work. this is where the issues started. when i tried to start a new game, it simply booted me to the main menu. i assumed the game would simply not work, so i decided to play monster hunter portable 3rd (a game that worked fine yesterday on both computers) only to be shocked at the exact same issue. after some testing, i found alot of games to be broken in some way. some will boot to a black screen, some will work get to the menu, but be unresponsive, etc. nearly every game wouldnt work. i assume i had broken ppsspp in some way when trying to make god eater 2 work, but when i went to my other computer to play something, i ran into the exact same issue, but this never happened before... what is going on? please help me...

I don't know what I am doing wrong. I have used PPSSPP successfully on this phone in the past. There has been at least 1 OS update since then.

I haven't played because I thought the emulator broke. When I tap on the game file.cso I get a message saying "Unable to find application to perform this action." I finally Uninstaller the emulator and reinstalled it. It worked once but the game was in landscape mode. I exited and got the original message. Also, since I have been trying to use the emulator in portrait mode I wasn't seeing the games and home brew tabs. When I changed the view to landscape I was able to launch the game from that start up menu but the game was in the landscape mode. I want to play the 20th anniversary Final Fantasy game in portrait mode so the buttons and my large thumbs don't obscure the view.

I use to play the game in portrait mode. How can I do that again? I've got to be missing something simple.

Hello forum. This is my first thread. If there is any problem, please fix it for me.
As the title mentioned, i have problem with some games, included Dead or alive Paradise. Since the ios 9 update, i couldn't play it anymore (auto exit app). My ppsspp version at the moment: v1.3-130-gcc37528. Hope the next version can fix this game

I play on the Xbox Controller and i have to push the analog stick all the way to the edge for the character to run instead of walk, that annoys me and i want to change the sensivity on the stick to fix that.

I messed around with those weird settings on the Controls tab to no avail.

Hi, sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I'm having some problems with my game.

When I open up the rom in the emulator, it tells me that there's no memory stick inserted, the game takes 512kb of space, please inset a memory stick, etc. and it won't let me continue into the game without it where i can use savestates.

is this an issue with the rom or is there something i'm missing with the ppsspp memory stick?

#Add Frameskip scale so user can decide what exact Frameskip they desire (ETC. 2.4 Frameskip)
#Add gui scale so you can decide how small or big the home screen/buttons are

I have a mix of Western and Japanese games, and they all use their respective confirmation button, but for some reason Valkyria Chronicles 3 Extra Edition (JPN) has the X and O reversed in game. Any way to swap it back to how it 'should' be?
