PPSSPP Android Minimum Requirements?

I have an s3 and it runs this no problem.. smooth as butter.

This. Shin Budokai games are smooth. Tenkaichi Tag Team is fine even 2v2 but if I play 3 or more story missions in a row the framerate drops to around 8/30. I have to restart ppsspp to get it going at a decent rate again. I don't even want to try God of War on it. I have chains of olympus on my old old old old fat OG psp anyways.

8gb internal 16gb external,
5" 720p screan.

I have an antutu score of 27289

It's a good phone, ofcourse it can run PPSSPP and with a TINY amount of lag. (if ever.) just make sure not to lock the phone accidentally as it causes freezes in the game.

I'd say that you can play most games smoothly if your AnTuTu score is higher than 20000. To run ALL games, 25000 or 30000.

Mali-400 devices tend to have performance and potential graphics issues, but it should be able to run. Many people play PPSSPP using such a device.

No, that game typically requires more powerful hardware. It's going to require a much more modern device, unfortunately.

Your best hope is to try to increase frameskip and disable settings as much as possible. Search for more info - lots of people have asked for ways to speed things up as much as possible.

In all honesty it can probably handle some of the really well optimized or easier to run games with some very low settings, but even the superior lte version (8gb storage, SD 400 dual core) will probably not give you a very enjoyable time playing GEB. The broadcom powered 3g version would just be even worse.

The Spreadtrum SC9830 (with mali-400mp2) is not a powerful chipset at all. If you want to try running games then I would recommend the beginners guide and the maximizing performance guide in the important threads section since there will likely be performance issues in a lot of games.
