How did you install PPSSPP DL because if its not making the ppsspp_dl.log then it sounds like the permissions are incorrect.

How did you install PPSSPP DL because if its not making the ppsspp_dl.log then it sounds like the permissions are incorrect.

Hey. I have an iPod touch 5 and wipeout runs at only 30 fps in game. Without frame skip it runs at 18. Below are my settings. Thanks

Try turning off the True Color & Draw using Stream VBO options then re-start the game.
That should give you the fastest possible speed.

Just did that still not working thanks though. He's a screen shot of my settings after the change.

Did you shut down the emulator & restart using those settings because as it says on your screen shot, may need a restart to apply new settings!!!
