I don't think so. Since Both Renegade and Elite Squadron have pretty buggy campaigns, your best bet would be to just download some save game where every equipment and maps etc is unlocked and play the multiplayer mods with bots.

I'm havin trouble with rengade squadron crashing 5-10 minutes into instant action. Any fixes?
