@LunaMoo @Kabuto_Kun

You are my heroes! Thanks for the Diva 60FPS Hacks!
They work great! (It even made the input better)

Ohh and can someone check out Monster Hunter 3rd HD? Would be awesome to play it in 60FPS.

I actually tried to make one at some point, but gaved up, since before I got bored with the game(read as: before TK was released;3) I only could find a function which sets speed of a player during quest. Unfortunately this series like most of the games require correcting speed&timers after unlocking 60fps(~ which itself is easy as long as you remember to treat fmv's separately), otherwise you get a game for people with ADHD where everything except sound runs twice as fast as it should;p.

Lipsync is bad with this one, well it's not like it was brilliant originally and most of the time they talk through network anyway, but lips animation(and tachikoma "talking" weapon) is faster than it should be, had no luck finding anything to correct it yet, everything else should work fine.
Edit: Blah, I made a simple experiment because while looking weird the lipsync seemed strangely similar with patched and unpatched game. So I ran same cutscene in two ppsspp's, one running at 15 fps which is how the game works originally and one forced to 60fps but with frameskip at 3 to also get 15 fps and what's crazy that it looked EXACTLY same in both of those windows;p. Soo I pretty much must correct myself and the weird looking lipsync is not caused by the patch speeding it up, it's just how it was originally made and low fps was simply hiding it/making it appear a bit less weird. Anyway I'm gonna leave this one at that.

Worth mentioning this game set exact timing to sync draw of 30 frames in a second.O.o Just another thing to search for in other games;3.

MGS Portable Ops EUR (Sorry but I only have this version), ULES00645.ini
Code:
_C0 MGS OPS Force 60 FPS beta
_L 0x201FDE60 0x00000001
_L 0x201FDC1C 0x00000005
_C0 MGS OPS Force 30 FPS

_C0 MGS OPS Force 20 FPS
_L 0x201FDE60 0x00000003
_L 0x201FDC1C 0x0000000F

Notes:
- The comic style cutscenes have audio desync problems (60 fps cheat only).
- Some time(?) based actions (like grenade explode time) have problems too (almost not noticeable with the 30 fps cheat).
- Only enable the ONE you want to use (20, 30 or 60), better if you do it before you start the game to avoid extra desync issues.
- The 30 fps cheat seems to be almost perfect with no issues playing cutscenes, so I recommend this one.

Enjoy

Also, after some experimenting I found a 60 fps cheat for Warriors Orochi 2 (I can activate it only with cheat engine, but for some reason this cheat seems to be located at some address before the PSP RAM, so I can not find it within the RAM.dump file to port it to an .ini cheat), and I have a 15 fps cheat for Crisis core (internal frameskipping? useless).

I've added all of the codes but PPSSPP doesn't show the 60FPS hack. Only 30 and 20.

Ohh and with 30FPS hack Snake is walking with double speed.

Maybe the cheat label is too large? Replace the first line with "_C0 60 FPS" (no quotes) or just create the cheat file again. About the walking speed, you must enable the code BEFORE you start the game, then it will work ok.

Would it be feasible to make a full 60FPS patch for Danganronpa? The game switches between 60FPS for menus and 30FPS for the overworld and class trials, I think.

Yeah i saw that, but i hope that address is just the wrong one, and there is another address that can make the game run 60 fps when you change the value.

RE: 60FPS patches for PSP games that run at 30FPS
It is wrong, because 15 fps is an accidental result of treating in-game by code which should apply for fmv's only.
Generally comparing different things is not a way I would recommend, because without suprise they work differently. 60fps is really easy to unlock in those (like pretty much all) games if you check properly how the game works in the place of your interest(in-game) and how it's forcing the 30fps. You don't even have to use any external tools for that, ppsspp disassembly is all that's needed, here's a small proof:

And that took me like 5s just because I already knew how to do it in MHp3rd HD and they are all using same engine. But don't be too happy seeing that.

The thing is "making the game run at 60 fps" is NOT enough to patch most games, since only a few does work properly after patching it. For example those Kingdom Hearts games which started it or Project Diva and few others, you just remove framelimiting part and voila - it works perfectly without any more work.
In most games through doing that will leave game running at double speed and we have to find a way to change the speed back which sometimes can still be easy as some games were designed for 60 fps and after limiting it to 30 they simply doubled the speed of everything by a single function like for example in Assassin's Creed or Ghost in the Shell.
Others and I think most "hunting" games are example of it, might had been designed for 30fps and don't seem to have any main function which affects speed of everything, but instead set speed of many things separately by lots of different constants scattered into many functions ~ and that is which makes it really hard/time consuming to patch fully, just as with my Toukiden Kiwami patch which still has some minor animations running at twice the speed.

It's certainly not impossible, but and I would say that for all games which doesn't have 60fps yet, if you really want it done, try to learn a bit and do it yourself. Everyone is different, try different things, have different ideas and might succeed where others already gave up.

This is maybe a bit OT and not relev. for 60 fps patches but good to know for generally problems like this what Luna Said is right , im a nub at coding and unerstanding it right at all. But when i was working with my team on one of the old projects from me , we used a France tool that was certain not finished and as exampel it was for editing the textures in Monster Hunter some Monsters wasnt able and never able to edit. After some weeks we discovered ourselve a solution randomly and we was able to edit that unfinished monsters.
