Anyway, this problem throwing me off when trying to get Just Guard against enemies attack (I use their cries to determined when they gonna start the attacK)

Is this legit? I was lead to believe there weren't fully english patched version of this game. I've actually already tried downloading it, yet I only got .part files. I must be doing something wrong. ._. If there are better alternatives, specifically where I can get a proper english patch and iso with dlc 1.4, I would appreciate it. (Seriously. I would, as I've been searching for the past day and a half with little to no progress)

EDIT: I've tried changing the extensions of the part files to .rar and extracting like you guys said. That seems to have successfully enabled me to extract the files. The problem is what I try to do next with the newly extracted PSP_GAME and UMD_DATA.BIN files. I place them both into UMD Generator v4.0 and recieve an .iso file. I try to run it, but it says "Wait for Emuthread timed out".

It's impossible to do the "Rage Burst" on PSP

It is possible if they do it like GE2, but you know PSP is already old so probably they don't care right now.

Bandai Namco can make a PSP version but they're like "why do we need to waste our resources on the market that is about to "die" soon?"

Okey, the Wasapi thingy making a buzzing sound when you do Blood Art (NPCs too)
And the sound drop (speed drop when on a mission) is much worst than before...

Can you share those tweaks? I understand they break some of the Chinese patched games, but maybe if one (or more) of the tweaks fixes the NPCs it may give us a better idea of what's wrong. I've gotten some friends to play with me, so I don't need NPCs fixed but if the tweaks work, then a separate build can be provided for users to play up through 1.4 without crashing. Or it may be that only one of your "some" tweaks is needed for the God Eater 2 1.4 NPCs, and happens to not break the Chinese patched games as well.

Hey guys,need help(again)....
I was post two or thing around here and i don't remember when but i'm back again since i'm interested playing this game (again) cuz i know that Rage Burst is coming to PS4 and Vita ONLY and i'm worried that i might get "left behind" about the game so let's head to the point...

First i have 1.30 version and i can play the game with the "no-subsequent-missions" build that LunaMoo gave me,so i kept played until i get annoyyed and stop to mission 8...for about 6 month or so (cuz heck restarting the emu really annoyed me since i have to watch-and-skip the intro and load my data again and again). Then somehow i was wanted to read this forum again to see if there's a way to fix it,and (apparently) there's some.

Some post told to download the latest build on buildbot orphis (strange i can't insert the link though)
Some told to PM them if you want the build,so....

I tried the first one,i download the build from orphis then tried to play it...it seems okay first but when i tried to move my character,the blank screen appears...
And sometimes i can't load my savedata either..
So,i was hoping if there's someone could give me the proper build? Anyone?

My pc using windows 7 64 bit without service pack 1 installed btw.

That's the default settings,except i changed the backend to Direct3D9
