Is there any file in the game structure I can edit to remove subtitles, a memory offset to disable subtitles, or could I use Umod to do a global hook to the emulator edit the textures to the subtitles and make them transparent? Any help would be appreciated.

I believe that the issue should be fixed now (in several ways, thanks unknownbrackets for fixing a big one), and if you guys report good results I'm going to push 0.8.1 tomorrow with the fix.

Guys, I got a regular USB controller that I can remap on every other emulator, but its "fixed" in PPSSPP, no configuration setup seems to let me remap the buttons on it.
Please don't tell me I have to use one of those X360 pad emulators, they really suck major balls. Is there a way to get it to work without a 3rd party program?

Every time I go to story mode it says "ppsspp has stopped working please wait while windows finds a solution to the problem" and it closes out how do I fix this glitch? It doesnt do that for versus mode I but it closes everytime I go to story mode please help

in rather recent builds I realized a huge VPS decrease for my S3 compared to older builds no matter if Atrac 3+ is downloaded or not.
I compared the old gold edition I still have installed with the recent 0.8 build:
In MHFU at the precisely same spot I'm getting 55-60 vps on gold edition (v0.7.6.18) and 40-45 vps (while fixed 30fps) on 0.8.

Besides I keep reading "Hardware Transform Error - Failing back to Software" in red font in MHFU. Nevertheless disabling "Hardware Transform" in the settings leads to a further decrease of 20 vps in MHFU.

To make this clear: 0.8 was not the first version where this problem occured. Also in the late 0.7.6 builds it slowed down + error message.

My settings:
Gold edition:
- Enable Sound - yes
- Vertex Cache - no
- Hardware Transform - no
- Stream VBO - no
- Media Engine - yes

Hi there, I made this topic to ask a question, or rather to get help with a problem i'm facing with: it's about font, but not font in-game, but those you input for example while naming a character or when you have to input words. Note that i'm talking about the japanese characters;

I made some screen shot (in this case i'm testing the input password feature of lord of apocalypse)

If you are asking why I put a red circle it's simple: the character is wrong, there る (ru) is repeated instead of ろ (ro) .

(katakana)

Same as above, but this time in katakana ル (ru) instead of ロ (ro) . And There are some missing other symbols, like ー .



The reasons i have uploaded this last image, and made all this wall of text is because i'd like to figure out if it's my pc problem or if it's the emu to be incomplete on that aspect, and of course to help with it's improvement. Sorry Again for this long post, and I hope that somebody can help me

Galaxy Note 2... crashing upon start up when looking for atrac3 files. ..

Saw someone post a zip with Libs but even after placing them manually nothing works... cleared data even wiped dalvik.. several fresh installs no dice. What the hell is the trick here? It USED to work just fine before update

hey guys ive been using PPSSPP for a while now and i keep having a strange issue some days this will happen every 2 hours some days it will happen every 2 minutes ill be playing any game and bam screen freezes goes black graphics drivers tell me they have recovered from a crash PPSSPP sticks in the background still using CPU/Ram untill u force close it with taskmanager would anyone be able to help me with this it would be greatly appreciated
