How do I access the memory viewer on Linux
Posted by: Sonickyle27 - 08-19-2014, 08:55 AM - Forum: General Discussion and Announcements - Replies (6)

So I've started using PPSSPP on Linux, and there's one thing rally bugs me.
There's no dropdown menus, which means I can't access any of the debug functions, including the memory viewer.

Is there any way to access it?

(Also, angelxwind builds are down, so I can't get the latest version of PPSSPP. I'm on 0.98)

  psp location on android devices
Posted by: ishiku - 08-18-2014, 10:48 PM - Forum: General Discussion and Announcements - Replies (2)

Heya, im gonna lead off with saying i am really bad at android stuff, never really used this emulator on anything that isn't a computer etc.

anyway, i installed it for my sister and mom on their phone and tablet today so they could play some harvest moon or whatever, it works great, im surprised at how fast it runs.

so the problem im having: my mom has a tablet and a phone, i've got it installed on both, and i was trying to transfer her save over from one to the other, so i assumed moving a state would be the best way.

i went to look for the psp folder with it connected to my laptop via usb, but i can't find where the ppsspp folder is, i tried searching for psp, ppsspp, etc, but nothing showed up. i did some browsing and when it's running it shows a folder named emulated and then one named 0 and that contains the folder? i dunno, it only shows up while im running the program Confused.

tldr: help where are save states located when you install ppsspp on android devices?

  Black boxes and transparency issues
Posted by: Zander Yurami - 08-18-2014, 06:23 PM - Forum: General Discussion and Announcements - Replies (2)

I have been noticing this issue with my games, but it never really bothered me till just now during a boss fight.

Anything that is meant to be transparent gets a nice green or black box put around it.

You can see it in this image of a boss fight from Megaman. The boss is "invisible" and the leaves on the background have a transparent layer to them. When I see is blackness! I looked for the best graphical settings, but all anyone talks about is making it run faster.

I have a pretty good gaming rig, so slowdowns are not an issue for me.

Anyone know a way to fix this?

Here is what this room would normally look like.

  Audio problem-[windows] fixed
Posted by: Muryx2 - 08-16-2014, 11:33 AM - Forum: General Discussion and Announcements - Replies (1)

I was playing God of war, everything worked great but after messing arround too much with the settings it stopped loading any game.No problem...I redownloaded the program and kept the SAVEDATA folder. Now everything works just as great except for the audio wich is extremely stuttering and incredibly nagging.Nothing seemed to improve that, not even the lowest possible settings. And it does that in every game. How do I fix it?

Xbox 360 controller on galaxy S3
Posted by: Zenal - 08-15-2014, 08:36 PM - Forum: General Discussion and Announcements - No Replies

Hi guys!
Is there any possible way to play ppsspp with an Xbox 360 controller on a galaxy s3?
Because unlike my brothers HTC One M8,it doesn't work automatically.
The controller is wireless,I have the OTG cable and the Windows Wireless receiver.
Sorry if I posted this in the wrong section,it's my first time on the forum.
Thanks!
