Theoretically it should be possible to use programs like texmod and umod to dump textures, correct? Yet when I laucn PPSSPP within these programs, it doesn't work in any degree whatsoever even though I am using the correct backend. Is there something in PPSSPP settings other than direct3d render that I have to enable for these programs to detect textures from game isos?

(Every game I tried it doesn't work) umod crashes ppsspp 1.0 altogether. If needed, I am on Win8.1 trying this.

Hello humans, I've downloaded ppsspp and tried to play Monster Hunter Portable 3rd.
When starting the game in ppsspp, it shows the ".. has stopped working" message.

Card is a GeForce GTX Titan Z, newest drivers.
Any suggestions?

Not long ago I decided to take my "SAVEDATA" from my windows OS to my Linux OS(Ubuntu 14.04) since I get better performance out of ppsspp then on windows mainly on MH3, now doing this process before my game saves loaded fine, but today for some reason none of the games read the "SAVEDATA" heck v1.0 no longer reads the CWCheat .ini's anymore either, when I try to save a game sometimes it saves, sometimes it states the memstick is full, and sometimes I get a psp error.

Not sure what happend, I even deleted everything ppsspp related on Ubuntu and started fresh but it refuses to read game saves. I tried using the search button in the forum to see if this has been stated before, either it hasn't or I'm not labeling my search criteria correctly. If anyone could point me in the right direction on how to make it register my save files again I'd be thankful.

I can get this to work some what and have been messing with various games, now I am set on playing only two, them being FF tactics war of the lions and KH birth by sleep, now the issues I am having is this.

- With FF tactics before I can get into the game it starts up nice and get's to the first cut scene and for some odd reason the screen just shrinks, if I wait for the scene to finish then it goes black and I can not do anything.

- With KH it work's but then the screen start's to flicker badly, I have it set at a odd number and even tried even and still same effect..

Any help from any users with my same kind of tablet?

Hello everyone, I downloaded the newest version (1.0) and when I load a game, the button layout looks broken and the menu letters also look like that and after a few seconds, it crashes.. Here is the image. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

Hello I have played some games in my note 3 and found that the screen become blue then become pink and I cannot see clearly, What should I do to make it clear?

not sure if this is the right section for tech support if it isn't, i apologize and if possible can any of the mods move it to somewhere appropriate.

sometimes when i play some of the game's graphics turns into black boxes which actually gets fixed by changing between buffered/non buffered rendering, but after a while it wont work anymore, it either goes full black screen or partial black screen where parts of the game's graphics are black boxes or invisible with the screen flickering. it even starts affecting other games that i never had trouble running, everything goes back to normal though once i restart my pc.

i've tried fiddling with the options (fast memory, multithreading etc. the usual culprit for these games: fftype-0 and phantasy star portable 2)but to no avail. i remember using ppsspp on this pc around july/august last year and had little to no trouble playing anything. does anyone have any idea what might be causing the problem?

Phenomenal emulator! Quick question though, I'm not a techy lingo guy but essentially what is happening is when I hook up my moga controller the speed of the games in playing seems to go in to turbo mode and I can't keep up lol. Any tips on how to bring it back to normal speed in the settings? Thanks for any help.

Hey devs, I'm here to report an issue, my game Thrillville Off The Rails isn't playable anymore since v0.9.8-1268-g2a3626d, that was the last build which the game is playable. I reported it in the game thread, but I think hardly some dev will read, so I'm creating a new one. The alteration made after v0.9.8-1268-g2a3626d is:
