First i had the ordinary ppsspp 1.2.2 and it worked perfectly for some time but then after plenty of gameplays this error came up , everytime i start a game in the emulator and subtitles show the emulator crashes and i get a message
"Unfortunately ppsspp has stopped" also it crashes whenever In-game subtitles show up this usually happens with heavy games like god of war and crash mom i am using a samsung galaxy s7 edge exynos,i tried variable solutions like clearing ram, transferring ppsspp data usage to sd card , upgrading to ppsspp gold but nothing of them worked, however when i transferred all the isos from the external storage to internal one , the emulator worked pefectly for a couple of days, but the same error later returned, now the emulator crashes more than before it wheras it works perfectly on my brother's HTC desire 816G its important also to mention that all of this started to happen after i plugged my phone into pc and was trying to move a 6gb file from pc to sd card but when the copying was about to finish i got a pc message" cannot copy xxx.iso the device stopped working"...... options "skip this file" or "cancel" . However despite having not been copied 6 Gb were already occupied from my SD . Thanks in advance and i am really expecting a solution on this forum my phone is way too high and is supposed to handle the emulator.

Hey guys.

Every time I select GT PSP to play on PPSSPP on android, once it shows the autosave notice, it shows the GT logo & nothing else. Any solutions on how I can solve this problem?

I want to purchase the Gold Version off of the Play Store and uninstall the normal version. Would I need to backup all of my files and saves from the normal version before doing so? Or can I leave the directory and files there for the Gold Version to use?

Hello guys

I made this post regarding something weird going with the newest patch of ppsspp on my Note 5.

I used to play SD Gundam Generation world and Street supremacy at max 30-32 fps stable with noise distortion or FPS drops.

For some reason now Im getting fps drops on both game making Street supremacy unbearable to play and SD Gundam annoying with the sound distortion it has now.

Did something change or something? FPS now is 30- some parts then drop to 19-24 at others parts of Street supremacy.

Thanks in advance.

Hi All,

I'm using the latest PPSSPP 1.2.2 on my Nexus 6P phone, and would much rather keep the ROMs on a USB disk than on the phone itself. I can mount the disk fine using a OTG cable and can browse to it using Solid Explorer, but when i browse to it using PPSSPP, I can only get to the root of the disk, and it shows as if it was empty.

I'm guessing PPSPP needs to be granted read permission to the mounted folder right? Anyone has any idea how I can do that?

I just downloaded PPSSPP on my Mac and its working flawlessly but i accidentally cleared the control mapping. Now I can't access the PPSSPP Game Settings. Also I made a game config and I tried to restore settings to default but it did not delete the config. Please help

So, I've been playing Persona 2: Inocent Sin on PPSSPP and whenever a character talks in a battle their audio is chopped. It only happens when characters talk and use attacks. Other than that, the audio is usually fine. How do i solve this?
