A Way To Make PPSSPP Write All Games Data In External Sd Card [Root Needed]
Posted by: AhmedAhmedEG - 12-09-2016, 01:59 PM - Forum: General Discussion and Announcements - Replies (3)

I Found A Super Easy Way To Make PPSSPP Write Files In It's PSP Folder To External Sd Card Rather Than Write Files In It To Your Internal Sd Card Specialy For Those Whom Have Low Storage In Their Phone It's About Moving The Original PSP Folder To Your External Sd Card And Making An Empty Folder Named PSP In Your Internal Sd Card And Make The Android Think That The Two Folders Lead To The Same Files But In Real All The Files Are In The External Sd Card.

Some You Will Ask (How Can I Do This?!!).

Becouse You Are A Good Boy I Will Tell You Tongue

First You Need To To Have Root In Your Phone Then You Have To Download An App From Google Play Store Named FolderMount It's Icon Like A Blue Folder With A Green Download Mark Down It So It Can link An Folder To Onther Folder To Make It Like An Shourtcut For It So When PPSSPP Look For It's Folder It Will Lead Him To The One In The External Sd Card And Now Let's Do It :-

When You Open The App If It Ask To Patch The System To Give It The Perimations To Use Extenal Sd Card Don't Worry it's 100% Safe So Click Yes And For The Reboot So Then When You Open The App Click "+" Icon Then Give A Name To Link (It's Not Matter What's That Name It Will Not Affect Anythinge) And Then Click In Source Textbox And Select The PSP Empty Folder You Created In Your Internel Sd Card And Then It Will Ask You If The Onther Folder (The Original PSP Folder That We Move To External Sd Card) Is The Same Name It Will Locate It Automaticly So Click Yes But Be Sure To Not To Put PSP Folder In Onther Folder In The External Sd Card Or Somethinge Or Change It's Name Then Click Right Mark And Then Click On The Slider You Will See Near The Name You Write For The Like And Now You Made It!!!

I Wish This Help Everyone And Thanks For Reading Big Grin

*The Idea Beyond This Is When I Try To Find A Way To Play GTA San Andress In My low Storage Phone Until I Find An Video That Explain The Way To Link The Obb Folder With This App And From This This Time I Get The Abilty To Play Almost EVERYTHINGE In My Phone And Surly Link PSP Folder And Data Folders Of Apps.

  ISO/CSO Shortcuts Crash PPSSPP?
Posted by: Darkholme - 12-09-2016, 08:34 AM - Forum: General Discussion and Announcements - No Replies

So, I recently went out and bought an android handheld that has a gamepad built in.

This makes emulating games on Android a far more appealing prospect than when I was making due with on-screen buttons, as I'm sure you know.

Anyways:

I've got PPSSPP1.3.01 running and it will run the games on my machine just fine; but I'm having trouble getting shortcuts to specific games to work (PPSSPP crashes when you try to launch the shortcuts).

Does anybody have advice on how to make them work?

I'd like to get my device set up such that I can sort all my games by genre, rather than by system for the emulated games and having all the native android games in a different place. Thus far I've had luck for my SNES(SuperRetro16), GB/GBC (My Old Boy), GBA (My Boy), but I've been having a hard time getting functional shortcuts up and running for games running in other emulators, including PPSSPP and a couple others.

I'm looking to continue what I've started in pic related, but with my PSP games as well.

Any suggestions?

  analog stick problem/bug
Posted by: captain1978 - 12-08-2016, 08:33 PM - Forum: General Discussion and Announcements - No Replies

Hi,

Not sure how to describe this problem but I'll try. Whenever I play either PES 2014 or Fifa 2014 on PPSSPP on my Android phone, if i get too carried away as I'm dribbling the ball and I slide the analog stick too far as my player is running with the ball, the game's speed gets all out of wack and the game moves at an incredibly high speed, as if the game is being "fastforwarded". Then if I ease up with my finger on the analog stick the game returns to normal speed. Again, this only seems to happen if I drag or press my finger too hard on the analog stick in the direction that the player is running. Now this doesn't happen if I use a gamepad or controller. So it seems to me that it's some kind of a touchscreen bug with PPSSPP. Has this happened to anyone? And do you know if there's something that can be done from the settings or a fix or something?

Thank you

  Restore Save State
Posted by: Ripper-Voralberg - 12-08-2016, 02:17 PM - Forum: General Discussion and Announcements - No Replies

I have a Save State. But while using it, i can't save the game anymore.

"Checking Memory Stick

Please do not remove the memory stick or turn off power."

It's stuck in this message.

Is there a way to fix this? I really don't want to lose my progress. Thanks for the help.

P.S.

The game is "Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Tag Force 1".

A PSP game coundn't be found on the disc?
Posted by: death_g11 - 12-04-2016, 03:51 PM - Forum: General Discussion and Announcements - Replies (1)

some games works fine on PC, but can't run on PPSSPP for Android.
I tried Persona 2, Frontier Gate Boost+ and Summon Night 5 and all I get is white icon with a "?" sign, and these messages:

Summon Night 5: Not a valid disc image.
Frontier Gate Boost+: A PSP game coundn't be found on the disc.
Persona 2: A PSP game coundn't be found on the disc.

All works fine on PC.
