Phantasy Star Portable 2 can see host and guest but it says something like host quit the party

I get the patch here https://github.com/ANR2ME/ppsspp/tree/adhoc_ and make that Android build.
I hold it work as windows, but it didn't It Work windows with Android play together in Metal Slug XX BUT, windows must be HOST and Android JOIN If Android HOST, it cant work Connection error occurred. |

Tested 100% DBZ Tenkaichi Tag Team, there is only one problem.. too much lag when there are 3 or 4 players xD.

With all players over hamachi or other internet tunnel system ... yes of course xD

it seems my last commit is causing dissidia 012 to be broken
