RE: Star Ocean: First Departure
The background/foreground issue seems to be fixed for me with 0.9.8-1241 release...but without frame buffer to memory the character keeps flashing, and disapears when you stay still.
I'm on PC. |

RE: Star Ocean: First Departure
Does that happen even right after a new game? If not, can you upload some nearby savedata?

RE: Star Ocean: First Departure
Probably means you are using older rev which don't have the fix for the game so update.

RE: Star Ocean: First Departure
Works on my Android with an Adreno, confirmed working by someone else on a Tegra. Won't work with the "non buffered rendering" speedhack enabled or with "disable stencil test".

RE: Star Ocean: First Departure
Confirmed working perfectly fine on Android with backgrounds and foregrounds not getting mixed up.
Just disable most options like Unknown said and it works fine. |

RE: Star Ocean: First Departure
Well it was crashing on certain places and the characters\enemys randomly start flying when I cleared the whole game long time ago but now the compatibility is definitely better.

RE: Star Ocean: First Departure
Enabling the option in Graphics "Disable stencil test" fixes that but the old know problem will appear again.
I haven't tried this game from a long time so I don't know if this bug is something new. RE: Star Ocean: First Departure
Has anyone else had a problem with the screen mostly going black after speaking to npcs or after your party members have finished talking to you? I haven't been able to fix this by messing with the graphic settings.
