Crashes for me as well on v0.9.1-2205. And the console doesn't even show anything...
The good news is that the motion blur was fixed somewhere between 0.9 and 0.8.

I think its to do with the audio of the police siren, as soon as you hear it, it crashes the game.

checked on 9.6.77 - i have the us version and it still crashes when you come up to a cop car - it worked on 9.1 release then all other builds had problems

Confirming, it STILL crashes on 0.9.6.2 as soon as you approach a police car, at least on Windows version. Move this back to In-Game, please.
