RE: CwCheat Support
Tried that already. And the C lines were changed when i opened the file to change them manually. Still tried swapping them back and forth with a text editor, and the checkboxes mirrored the changes. Going to try a cache wipe, currently backing things up.
Update: no go. So, is it somehow possible that my game file is wrong, even though it says it's ULUS 10308? It is a cso file should still use the same memory addresses as an iso, shouldn't it?

RE: CwCheat Support
Okay, I got my laptop going. I have found this much, save states are not compatible between the win64 version and the android version...at least as they run on my computer and my phone.
The game's own save files, however, do work.
I have also verified that the cheats do work just fine on win64.

It seems to me that something about my phone changes the memory addresses in an unknown way, especially considering that save states don't work cross-platform.

RE: CwCheat Support
Well well... This may be important.
Apparently, all of my problems were the result of using a cso instead of an iso.

I copied the CSO from my phone to my laptop, used vsub_'s converter from http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=5384 and expanded the 470mb CSO into a 927MB ISO, and copied it back to my phone. Cheats now work perfectly.

I wonder if this applies to the other games (God Eater?) in this thread that were having trouble.

RE: CwCheat Support
I have created a folder called "CHEATS" under PSP and placed my cheat.db within, & I still cannot get them to load, there is also no "Enable Cheats" option. I am using the free PPSSPP version for Droid 4.

RE: CwCheat Support
HurricaneTM, try latest build here http://ppsspp.org/downloads.html
its also free. it should have cheat option, under system settings.

and to get the game i.d
enable cheat, then enter the game you want.then exit. then go to file manager,in PSP/CHEATS folder , you should find a file name like this, ex. ULUS10458.ini ,edit that file paste ur code there.

RE: CwCheat Support
Dunno if I am suppose to post this here but...

I've looked around for cheats for Final Fantasy II (ULUS10263), and I am curious if there is any cheats for either No Encounters and/or (more importantly) All Key Terms (I'm missing ONE key term that I can't go back and get. I need this key term in order to get a screenshot of one lousy floor, and I don't want to go through the entire game AGAIN just for it...). Twould help me considerably. ^^;;

RE: CwCheat Support
im playing toukiden and tried to use the cwcheat to change my atk and things like that, but some of the codes dont work and now im wondering which version of the game im playing..
i used the cheat from http://astralsidegames.com/blog-entry-3544.html
i try a few of them but only..

_C0 HAKU MAX(Ver1.03)
_L 0x204C8DF4 0x0098967F <--- this one work

now i thought im playing v1.03( mygame is chinese translated and didnt specify the version)
then i used the code i found on some chinese forum..

_C0 Attack 2000
_L 0x00506F3A 0x000007D0
_C0 Defence 2000
_L 0x00506EFE 0x000007D0

these code works..except..not really..the attack did change though, but not 2000, just some other random number( and seems like it affect another value too..critical i think)
so any idea what is wrong with the codes and how can i know which version of the game im playing and can i use some program like cheat engine to find the address of the value i want to change and stuff the code into the cwcheat?

It's hard to say for sure what the problem is, but one possible cause is the use of the folder name "CHEATS" instead of the correct form "cheats", which is what the program looks for. If character case is significant in your filesystem, that in itself can be reason enough for the failure. (I'm not familiar with the 'Droid 4'.)

As for the "Enable Cheats" option, make sure to look for it in the "System" section of the PPSSPP settings.

And most importantly, make sure that you're running one of the recent beta builds of PPSSPP (like globe94 linked to), since the non-beta releases (as yet) only have rudimentary cheat support.

RE: CwCheat Support
I found a function that different from the real CWcheat,it may not be a big problem but it do cause some errors with some cheats.
For example:
_C1 group 1
_L 0xE11E0001 0x009B6020
_L 0x01700000 0x00000001
_C1 group 2
_L 0xE11E0002 0x009B6020
_L 0x01700000 0x00000002
The first code "_L 0xE11E0001 0x009B6020" means when adress 0x009B6020's number becomes 1,next 30 codes in this group should be activated.
But in PPSSPP, it also effects on group 2 ,just because the codes under the first code "_L 0xE11E0001 0x009B6020"are less than 30 in group 1.
These kinds of codes are used in many special games, such as Gundam VS Gundam series or some Kingdom Hearts BBS's cheats

Sorry about my poor English, but you konw what I mean, right?

well,I don't know whether it worth to be fixed or not,I only want to report it to you
And as I said,it is not a big problem. If you would fix it,that is awesome,if wouldn't, I can edit the code myself
But i think most of people don't konw it,and for that, many cheats can not be used by them,it feels a little pity
Anyway, thank you for your reply, and please allow me to report if I find other problems.
