You need a Jailbreak and Cydia installed.

Then add AngelxWind's repo and download PPSSPP. There is no regular App for PPSSPP
Testing PPSSPP on:

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.4
iPad 4, iOS 7.0.4

ASUS Notebook
Windows 8 64-Bit
8GB RAM, Intel Core i7 processor @ 2,3 GHz
nVidia Geforce GT 635M 2GB

I bought a new Iphone 5 and...no more ppsspp!! No jailbreak but after a brief period with a Sony Z(Ultimate Ghiost and Goblins run perfectly) I discover that on iphone music and videos doesn't work Smile! What a pity, Android wins this time!

Is a cinese build maybe but in my device ipad 1 the texture are less test on another device
