You need a Jailbreak and Cydia installed.
Then add AngelxWind's repo and download PPSSPP. There is no regular App for PPSSPP

I bought a new Iphone 5 and...no more ppsspp!! No jailbreak but after a brief period with a Sony Z(Ultimate Ghiost and Goblins run perfectly) I discover that on iphone music and videos doesn't work
! What a pity, Android wins this time!

Is a cinese build maybe but in my device ipad 1 the texture are less test on another device
