So I just wrote an atrac3+ frame decode library (2013-06-03)

Now need just fix some issues and add support to ffmpeg.

was playing Dragonball shin budokai another road and on chapter 2 is got 250 VPS game running on high speed wtf cant do anything .. to fast o.O its like a 1000x speed up

running emulator version v0.7.6-935-g3d06c67 (windows) and testing with game Fate/Extra(USA) but an error happen after winning one round in arena. Below is a screenshot, with the log viewer on. Something wrong with the at3plusdecoder.dll ?

Previous emulator version v0.7.6-905-g9832e24 (Windows) that don't use the decoder dll have no problems.

So, I too have a issue, PES 2013 crashes in first minutes of match. I hope that the develop fix it soon.

Monster hunter has a bug where is doesn't play any audio at all. Its had this issue for a long time. Its nothing to do with Atrac3+ decoding.

The BGMs are working since before the implementation of ATRAC3+ decoding, only sound FX don't work...
