I play this game in Galaxy SIII in ppsspp v0.9.9.1-1282-g102aa8e and the ground texture get blinking as show in the image. Anyone know how to fix it? Thank you very much.

Those blinks are minor glitch but it's normal in android builds, well, just ignore it.

I tried this game on my galaxy s5 (android) and it was lagging at character creation. With character ready to go i tried to play but it freezes the emulator. Ppsspp 0.991 from play store.

mine's too, it's because your Mobile Phone's GPU cannot handle the Z-fighting (flickery thingies).. not to worry, you can play it smoothly..

Anybody know if it's possible to play at 60fps at normal speed? The game speed doubles if I set it to 60fsp. Also is the z-fighting issue with AMD cards fixable?

Te "lags" you are talking about is probably the 30 fps cap which looks jerky on a PC. Can be fixed with a 60 fps cheat, but that cheat hasn't been found yet. Guys here discovered such cheats for many games, but it looks like it's a bit harder to do with Monster Hunter series.
