I've recently read the FMV issue thread posted on github.

A solution they mentioned is changing the I/O Timing Method from "Fast" to "Host".

I've tried it.....and IT WORKS. No more freezes on FMVs

Are you saying that this game can go back to Playable then?

Will confirm. No FMV Crash. Not sure if anything else happens yet though.

Well, as for the FMV, it can be said as being no more trouble since using that setting. Can finally enjoyed playing the single-player campaign from start to finish.

As for the other issues, has anyone tried the multiplayer? I tried to play multiplayer on PPSSPP vs. PSP. Still frequently gets error messages and troubles when trying to host or finding a game. Also the same when trying multiplayer with PC vs. Android.

I can confirm that the I/O Timing option fixed the FMV freeze on level 7 for my Shield Tablet.

Try setting I/O method to "Host". I did that and I have zero crashes, and bugs with this game.

I have been having a problem playing on android where it will black screen just after completely finishing a mission, it does save my end results of the mission though. I believe it is just as I am going back to the main menu after the mission because it is after the final money tally screen and then fades to black.

Has anyone tried the multiplayer co op campaign?
My friend and I were trying to play the campaign co op and everything goes well until try loading into the mission after picking aircraft and says "Connection Lost"

We've tried the latest version of the emulator and still have the same issue with this game. Other games we play multiplayer on psp works just fine but not this one.
