Do most of the tracks seem to be playable?

RE: F1 Grand Prix Platinum
You don't have to check all of them if you don't want to, just 5 or 6 perhaps.

RE: F1 Grand Prix Platinum
Mine keeps on crashing when racing with file "MSVCR100.dll" causing issues. I have Win 8.1 x64 and the file is present in my system32 directory, so I don't know what I can do to solve the problem.

Do you mean you had one of the "Postprocessing Shaders" activated which caused your crash ? Mine is set to off and it crashes EDIT: I think I solved the problem. Ansiotrophic Filtering was set to 16x, I switched off now and managed to complete my first race |

RE: F1 Grand Prix Platinum
game works fine now but man is it me or is the gameplay way too fast? i'm not a big racing game fan so i don't know but still i've played quite a few racing games and this one seems faster than usual to me. controls and sound effects are really bad too. SHAME because i really like the music but it's unplayable for me
Hi I'm Belgian and my English is so-so. I play on desktop PC running Windows 8.1. I don't have any technical knowledge |

That should allow you time to react to the corners & the other cars, as you are higher up. Hope that helps in some way. |

RE: F1 Grand Prix Platinum
OK I've gone back and tried it again, it's just horrible, unplayable. My car seems to slip every time I try to take a turn or whenever I try to brake even a little bit. Also the game slows down because there are too many cars on-screen.
Maybe it's just me? Are F1 games different from other racing games? Is it normal for turning to be this incredibly sensitive? I just keep spinning out of control everytime. Hi I'm Belgian and my English is so-so. I play on desktop PC running Windows 8.1. I don't have any technical knowledge |
