so my PPSSPP suddenly stopped working, or rather it hangs up and then crashes when i select a game. here (https://i.imgur.com/GaIujsT.gif) is what it looks like when the crash started happening, basically my games are not showing up but i can still select them, but again it just hangs up and crashes. all of my settings are at default settings and i tried switching from vulkan to openGL but it did not work

Hiya i just downloaded this today mainly because i never been a back fan of handheld consoles and i really always wanted to play Crisis Core.

So i'm just looking a few setting to set up the game to get it looking its best and is there anything else i need to download like patches or texture packs and so on.

Never used any this stuff before so this is all new to me.

Not sure if will play any other games on it right now mainly just for Crisis Core, and take it from there.

First booted the game up very badly pixel but i have seen streamers play it with 1080 HD textures at 60FPS just pretty much looking to know how i get around with this.

Any information you may need please do ask and i do my best to supply you with whatever u need.

I looked for this and I found some things that are close but not exact. I want to move my games saves from my tower to my laptop on OSX Mojave. Do I need to move native game saves or PPSSPP save states, will it see them if I move them and where are they/where do they need to go? Having some system resource issues and want to try on another machine.

When you activate life resonance in the game the whole screen turns yellow. Is there some setting that can fix it?
   

question for resolution x2, is it impact to battery when changed to this resolution? or the usage is same as 1x resolution?

I've been playing some psp games using ppsspp on a chromebook, as chromeos supports android apps, so naturally I try and use cheats, but I'm unable to. I've followed the android instructions, but I cant seem to find where the emulator is located to put the cheat file in. Not sure if this is a chromeos problem or a ppsspp problem, but I guess its best here.

My Windows controller has suddenly stopped working as soon as I load a game - any game. It works fine on the menu to select a game from the recent list, then stops when the game loads.
I have changed no settings in the games or on PPSSPP. The controller is set up for 360 controller. It worked perfectly well until yesterday it stopped working during the middle of a game (Mortal Kombat Unchained).
I am using the latest version of PPSSPP and have tried out the previous version and am having the same problem on that as well.
The controller works fine when I go to calibrate it on both Windows and PPSSPP.
Any help would be appreciated.

I own a Philips 55POS9002 tv set, with Android TV.
I installed ppsspp from the official google playstore. My tv set has been marked as compatible with ppsspp in google playstore.

If I'm trying to start ppsspp nothing is happening; there is just a black screen.

I followed the following tip, which i found on the faq page...
