| Shrinking an iso to as small as possible, what are the methods? |

I'm curious what all can be done to a freshly ripped clean iso image to get its file size down to its absolute smallest size while still working with PPSSPP.
I know about cso conversion, but is that all that can be done to shrink the size? I remember back in the day when 1GB memory sticks were still expensive as hell and space was an issue for most, people would then rip out their games update folders, other language files, dummy files and even videos, all in the name to shrink down file size to get all their games to fit onto their card, and they still worked fine as ever on their PSP, I believe the tool UMDGen was mostly used for doing it.
Even just shaving 30MB's here and there can add up to a lot of extra free space for people who have 10+ games like me.
I'm posting this from work so I haven't done any experimenting my self yet to see what works and what doesn't, but I was wondering maybe someone here has done some experimenting and has figured all this out already, and of coarse would like to enlighten me on the methods used.

Hi, this is my first post on this forum. I looked around and while I got the impression that PPSSPP doesn't have 100% gamepad support yet, but I was hoping I missed something.
I'm currently using a NexxTech (Sector 7) USB adapter, as linked below. I bought mine years ago but AFAIK it's the same model.
http://reviews.thesource.ca/9026/5810257...ng&dir=asc
My gamepad is just a regular PSOne gamepad.
I'm using PPSSPP v0.8.1. I've never tried PPSSPP before.
The problem I'm experiencing is that the emulator doesn't seem to recognize my gamepad. Even when I go into the configuration screen and force DirectInput, it still won't let me use the gamepad. For example, if I select one of the buttons on the config screen, it won't acknowledge that I'm pressing one of my gamepad's buttons.
For comparison's sake, my other emulators (ZSNES, VisualBoyAdvance, Dolphin, JPCSP) all recognize my gamepad and let me use it.
I tried using x360ce, running it out of PPSSPP's folder, and the config utility for x360ce recognizes my gamepad and created the files automatically, but PPSSPP still doesn't recognize it, even when I force XInput and try to configure the gamepad manually.
If it's a compatibility issue and not just me screwing something up, is there anything I can do to help?

Hey everyone,
I recently saw a video on YouTube and the user was playing PPSSPP on Android with a Wiimote. I know the app doesn't have controller mapping options but I was thinking about using a classic controller through my Wiimote to play some games. I'm not really experienced in this area but If someone could give me some good instructions I'm sure I'd be able to figure it out. Thanks for any feedback!!!
And thanks for making PPSSPP!

In some games, when u open the game and active the texture scalling in xBRZ, it only works instantly, but when the image changes, it stop working. Two games that it occour is FF 2/1/Dissidia(both versions) and God Eaters Burst.
