Hi, everyone. I'm using PPSSPP with Emudeck on my steam deck. For some reason whenever I enter the desktop mode on the steam deck PPSSPP launches itself in fullscreen mode. Anyone have any idea why this might be happening? I've checked the KDE settings for autostart apps, and the ~/.config/autostart and also under ~/.local/share/applications directories. I can't figure this out.

I’m having trouble getting cheats to work for Valkyria Chronicles 3 (ULJM-05781) on PPSSPP. I’ve already enabled cheats in the settings and placed the .ini file correctly in the cheats folder, but most of the codes don’t seem to have any effect — some even cause the game to crash when loading missions.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
• Cheats are enabled in System > Developer Tools > Enable Cheats ✅
• Cheat file is named exactly as the game ID: ULJM05781.ini ✅
• The cheat list shows up in PPSSPP, but activating them doesn’t work ❌
• A few cheats (like Infinite DCT or EXP) crash the game when enabled ?

Has anyone managed to get stable, working cheats for this version of the game (Japanese, ULJM-05781)?
I’d really appreciate any working .ini examples or advice on what might be causing them to fail.

Hi everyone who's reading, i have a problem with hotspot multiplayer in tekken 6.

So basically, my android phone is the hotspot, one iPhone 16 on iOS 18 and 2 Android phones are connected. The iP's are same, the port offset is same on all four, but, other phones cant see each other in lobby, and only the host is visible.

for some reason tried changing port offset an all 4 from 10k to 9900, didnt work

I dont understand how to solve this issue

So the game will work just fine and then an error shows up that says the save data doesn't exist and I need to insert the Memory Stick which is weird because my files are all there and when I reboot the game everything is fine; but as soon as I load the state where it gave me that error and I retry the problem consists. This happened before and I just changed the Memstick settings to "show in My Documents" instead of the "show in downloaded.txt" that was checked, but now the settings are all ok and it still says that my save data is missing- this problem never happened to me with MGS: PO and I have no idea how to fix it

No se si a alguien mas le pase pero note que en la vercion androide 1.19.3 del ppsspp si minimisas el emulador por X tiempo el juego se cierra y cuando vurlves a abrirlo estas en la pantalla principal de la aplicacion. Si alguien sabe como corregirlo le agradeceria que me lo dijera, es incomodo para huegos en linea

maybe its just the game since i have to try the others i have, but when using crash of the titans, it just wont let me save. I try to make a new save file and its all just corrupted. how can I fix this?

In a certain PC version of PPSSPP after 1.18, when I select "Browse" on my computer, the PPSSPP software freezes and becomes unresponsive. However, if I use the system's "Back" button to navigate to a folder, there are no issues. Could you please help me understand if this is a bug in the PPSSPP software?

So, I found a bug with the 1.19 releases of ppsspp. If you exit the emulator with alt f4 or the shortcut key set in the menu the emulator won’t close properly and will still be running in the background. You can see this by opening the task manger and looking for ppsspp in running processes list. This has the effect of when you open the emulator again the sound will not work. Probably because the old instance of it is still running and overriding it. In order to return things to normal you have to open task manger and force quit the old instance of ppsspp. However, if you exit the emulator from the menu and not a shortcut key it will close properly. This problem is not present in the 1.18 releases of ppsspp.

I've been using PPSSPP since maybe the 1.4 days and have always been impressed with the huge improvements made every time: Devil Summoner added sounds to the FMV attack animations, there are now ways to inject mods and textures, more homebrew games work better, it's just an excellent emulator to have and I appreciate the effort put into it. Even Adrenaline on a Vita can't run DLC I purchased for Dissidia correctly while PPSSPP runs it all perfectly (most especially Aeris, but some other stuff as well). Thanks again!
