HELP. the screen becomes black after the game loads for about 10 seconds and i can hear the sound effects of the game but the screen is all black. What should I do?

Hi, thank you this nice emulator.

PPSSPP crashes when load the iso file if "non-buffered rendering" mode selected.
this case was confirmed MHP3 (ULJM-05800) and MHP2ndG (ULJM-05500) to crash.
if "buffered rendering" mode selected, i can load the iso file and then i can change to "Non-buffered rendering" mode.

i restored PPSSPP's settings to default and i have tried several build.
OK -> v0.9.8-1020-g48d4c4c-windows-amd64
OK -> v0.9.8-1030-ge8ab820-windows-amd64
NG -> v0.9.8-1033-g7c70f71-windows-amd64
NG -> v0.9.8-1042-gb57c3e0-windows-amd64

first of all. Many thanks for your great work in developing this emulator! Keep it going!

Every time when I minimize the emulator at a point where the buffered rendering is used the emulator crashes.
In non-buffered rendering mode I can minimized it when ever I want to without any crash.

I am playing Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Tag Force 3 (European version) and Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Tag Force 5 (US version). Since the cards won't display during duels with non-buffered rendering I am using the buffered rendering.
When I minimize the emulator in buffered rendering mode in the games main menu it won't crash.

I only changed the rendering, the other settings are at default and I tried different builds and also new created saves and old saves.

Is there a workaround for this issue besides change the rendering before minimizing?
Or any chance that this will be fixed?

I'm sorry if this issue has already been reported...

This is my first post so I humbly apologize for any mistake.
I have an android device equipped with PowerVR SGX 540 gpu and only one game is working properly on that phone. I'm talking about Obscure (ofcourse there are some lags but O'm ok with this). The rest of my games are unplayable because of graphical glitches. No matter what option I choose (buffered or no) the results are the same: textures are melted and (for example) I can't see road in racing games. I've even tried factory reset and Cyanogenmod but it didn't help. Is this is only my phone (motorola XT894) or maybe any others PowerVR users have the very same issue. Please help!

I have a ppsspp emulator on my pc with some games, i've recently gotten a ppsspp app on my mobile phone, is there a way to transfer the ISO game files on my pc to my mobile's ppsspp folder? Because the psp folder is missing when i manually search for it on my pc with the mobile usb connected, but on my file explorer on the phone, i can find the psp folder.

Thanks for such a great emulator. I have a problem which i can't figure out a way to solve. When i put games on my external Sandisk 16 gb card they run fine. However when i put them on my 64gb card, they don't launch and all i get is: disk0:/can't find boot.ini I've tried to put them on my internal sd and then move them to the external one with no avail. Games work perfectly from internal or 16 gb card, but wont launch from the 64 gb one. Both cards are fat32. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi, I have actually had ppsspp on my Ipad Air 128gb for 3 weeks and still haven't been able to use it.

I have tweaked through settings and turned things on and off as I've seen from doing google searches on solutions.

I've also tried over 15 earlier versions going back to 2013ish.

My ipad air has of course the arm7, and 64bit.

I am on ios7.0.4.

I have with the ipad air: OpenGL ES 3.0

I have compatible games.

Each time the games scarcely load and I'll see a few screens and the emulator and game will crash.

I'd actually buy this emulators gold version if the darn thing at least worked, because that's the only thing I really want.

I'm almost done with this, if they can't release something that just plain works then it shouldn't be released.

NOTES: nds4ios is amazing and works like purified running water(yes on this same ipad). #respect.

For ppsspp>
When I turn on a few of the different rendering options it will not crash but will show a black screen for the games and the audio will be messed up and jagged.



I'm tired, I've messed with this joke for days and have tried for over 10 hours to make this work.

If anyone can tell me what to do on my ipad air to make this just plain work. It would be greatly appreciated.

If not, then I'm sorry I can not donate and/or buy gold as I'd imagine is the only reason the developer even made this program......

Hey so I noticed that there's no like comparability setting or anything of that nature for the iPod or iPhone.

Since I have a iPod touch 4g, and I have this emulator on my device, and a lot of my friends do too (thanks to me). If anyone else has the emulator can we come up with a preferred settings list for both iPod and iPhone?

since this is game ID and it should be there with save in it and it was

so i was wondering what game would say if i remove that folder at all

and guess what it fixed that errror wtf ?

and remove WHOLE FOLDER AND NOT JUST WHATS INSIDE
