i would like to know if windows tablets run it alot better than android tablets

decided to play a little gods eater burst only to find my save file missing.
I checked for the save data where it should be and besides the most recent games i played being phantasy star portable 2, tales of the heroes twin brave, tales of radiant mythology 3. all of my other save data is gone.

What the hell could I have possible done to get that stuff deleted? the only thing i recently deleted were games i no longer played, and removing them from the recently played lists, not once did i ever say please delete the save data and dlc that i wanted to keep.

Damn it I had a fully completed MHFU save and i had lotsa progress done in final fantasy crisis core, MHP3rdHD, Ys 7, dissidia saves and KHBBS

In GTA Chinatown Wars game to download additional missions requires connection to Rockstar Games Social Club. This is not nearby console and this is not PSN.
Is it possible to connect?
In the settings I put a check in "enable network". In the game I entered the data of RGSC account.
Next comes an infinite loading.

I have a problem with a recent version of emulator I downloaded, which is revision 1277 of 0.9.8.
You know about the emulator OpenGL crashes on legacy AMD cards?
Well, this issue have been solved by using OpenGL files (atioglxx.dll and atiogl.xml) from driver version 11.11a and putting them into emulator folder.
This solution doesn't work anymore in revision past 1250. So, what's up with that?
Error message is usual "EmuThread timed out" and usual driver recovery from a GPU side.
P.S. I always download a 32bit version of emulator, as atioglxx.dll is a 32bit version of OpenGL driver and it gets picked up by it, that includes the revision I mentioned. Emulator picks it up, but still crashes for whatever reason.

Also, before you ask me to post a log: I have created a logs folder and enabled debug logging in developer options menu, but logs don't seem to be created. Launging PPSSPP via DebugLog.bat doesn't help either.

I noticed that everytime the music looks in battle as well as in towns it Makes this popping sounds and the music volume goes down alot. Then the music revs up the sound and when it loops again, it makes the popping sound again. on both games.

As for the transitions glitch, it has this black graphics when i go into battles.

I'm wondering if I transfer my psp games will I have to start over on them or if I can somehow transfer the data with the ISO?

Hello, I love how ppsspp works so far. It's a very great emulator and user friendly. I have a question. Is PPSSPP able to have specify setting per game? Especially on game controller.

It's because I have an arcade setting, the regular psp game will use the gamepad, but for fighting/action game, I would like to switch to Joystick. Does it have any support in command line or text file setting to switch in specify game?

Sorry if this has already been asked before, I literally spent 30 minutes on the search function trying to find answers on old threads but nada, but is there a way to configure PPSSPP so that upon starting, it goes directly to the games list?

Default behavior is to go directly to the recently played list.

It's not a big deal so it's okay if there's no option (I tried to look for a setting and even fiddled with the ini). It's just that I set up one of my PCs as a PPSSPP-only machine and had PPSSPP start upon boot. It would have been nice if it goes directly to the list of all available games upon startup instead of just the ones that I recently played.

Technically, I can just use a frontend since PPSSPP can load isos off the command line but I like the current GUI, especially now that it also plays the SND0.AT3 on the game selection screen.
