[Solved, needed to use --controlconfig] bat file pointing to controls.ini file help

I am running Windows 7 64bit with version v0.9.9 of ppsspp. I currently have two bat files pointing to two different games. Each bat file also points to it's own controls.ini file. Both games run fine and after converting my bat files into exe files I can even launch them via steam.
Here is where I have run into a problem. After setting my controls in the first game, closing down ppsspp and then using the other bat file to open up the 2nd game. The controls for the 2nd game have now also changed.
Alternatively, if I change the controls in game 2, close down ppsspp and load up the 1st game via bat file, they will have also changed for game 1.
It's almost like the the --controlconfig argument is not working properly.
First things first, this is my very 1st bat file, ever. So I may be mucking it up here somewhere. These bat files are placed directly into my ppsspp directory.
Code: PPSSPPWindows64.exe --fullscreen --config="F:\Program Files\ppsspp\config\peacewalker\mgspw.ini" --config="F:\Program Files\ppsspp\config\peacewalker\mgspw-controls.ini" "F:\PSP\MGS Peace Walker\mgspw.iso"
Here is the 2nd bat.
Code: PPSSPPWindows64.exe --fullscreen --config="F:\Program Files\ppsspp\config\ff7cc\ff7cc.ini" --config="F:\Program Files\ppsspp\config\ff7cc\ff7cc-controls.ini" "F:\PSP\FFVII Crisis Core\ff7cc.iso"
I created the config folder inside the ppsspp directory and placed a folder inside for each game that I wanted to have it's own config file. Any idea how I can fix this? Multiple people play on this machine and it would be nice to have each game load it's own controller config file.
I've been up for a while trying to get this right, so if this makes no sense. Sorry. haha
Thanks for the read.

Well I have Windows 7 86x with Direct x 10
My Processor is a Intel core 2 Duo 2.80 Ghz
I have 3GB of memory
My graphic card is an Ati Radeon 4600 HD Series with the drivers
And I also have the lastest Visual Basic
I dunno if I forgot to mention something else, but i wanted to know if that is enough to make PPSSPP run games.
Thanks

Screen flickering on android and PC

Hi. I started to use this emulator just recently, and I love it's performance. I do have a problem - the only way I can play my games is by turning on auto frame skipping, otherwise the game will be lagy and no fun. But, once I do enable auto frame skip, the screen starts flickering like crazy! On my PC, if I minimize the PPSSPP screen to the smallest size possible, the flickering stops, but it's obviously hard to play on a super small screen too. What could I do to make the flickering stop? The problem occurs on both android and PC versions. I use 0.9.9 for my Windows XP, and the newest one from the playstore for my tablet. Thank you for reading.
Oh, forgot to mention this, but I did see 1 other thread like mine, but the solutions from there didn't help (There was a guy who said to turn frame skipping only to 3,5 or 7, but that didn't work).

Screenshot function not working.

The F12 screenshot function is no longer working for me in v0.9.9 for some reason, I press F12 and it says it's saved the screen shot in the screenshot folder inside the memstick folder where it should go but nothing is being saved.
If I keep hitting F12 aswell it just says it's saving the same screenshot whereas it should be 00000, 00001 etc.
Is this a known issue and if so is there any quick fixes? It's very convenient being able to take screenshots without having to use paint and stuff.
