My friend is having a problem launching games on his PPSSPP emulator. It loads perfectly fine and it can find the games with their disk image but when he launches the game it doesnt load any images or sounds, its completely black and it is still responsive.

Recently downloaded SSA on my android Hydro and I can't seem to play beyond 1st round on any game (1thru 6). Its choppy and struggles to keep PPSSPP open. Messed with the settings, and that helped a little, can anyone give me specific settings to optimize? I'm kinda flying blind here :(

I've been trying to find information about doing this, but have been unsuccessful so now I'm just asking, is it possible? I've looked at the state save directory on my phone (LG G2, plays great so far) but even though I know I have state saves on the device, the directory appears blank. So can anyone help me with this?

Hi guys I recently found out about PPSSPP but I'm not sure how to use it. I use to own a PSP so I would like to play some of old games with friends again. Can anyone give me a tutorial on how to use it? Especially how do you guys play fast paced games that need alot of camera control like Monster Hunter and God Eater? Do I need to buy a special controller to play? Also what sites do you guys download your games from and how do you install games? And can you play online? Sorry I'm really noob at this. Thks

could z3560/z3580 perform well emulating ppsspp? could it be on par or better than snap 800? could it runs better than an actual PSP? I'm torn in choosing buying a new smartphone or buying an used psp..
oh yeah last question, how about tegra k1? tablet with that chipset began circulating for yester-month in my country

Looks like PPSSPP has been added to the current daily dev builds of Retroarch as a core. From my testing, it has the options for the shader options native to PPSSPP, but you can also add on top of that the shader filters included with Retroarch.

Maybe I'll post some screenshots of it later.

So the left analog stick for my moga pocket doesn't register right, like when I go to ppsspp control mapping for my android, all the other buttons work but this ?? pops up when I use the left analog stick as a new command.... how can I deal with this?
