Not compatible with my device???

So I'm trying to install this to my android. It says it isn't compatible; I don't understand why it says it isn't... Help...

I found this web site, showing detailed specs for that CPU & GPU, http://www.techknow.me/forum/index.php?topic=3269.0

Looking at those specs I can't for the life of me see a problem with that, apart from the possible lack of Ram available being only 512mb.
Can any of the developers see the problem, as I am at a loss.

The ram seems low but I don't see why it would say it's incompatible, unless you're running some hacks or something.

What exactly does it say? Can you take a screenshot?
