Just found out about this emulator and I'm having a blast! Thanks a bunch! That being said, I am having trouble saving.

I am using Windows and the latest version of PPSSPP. I have my game downloaded from the computer as well (it is a patch of a Japanese game). So, I am not actually using my PSP to connect.

I can save within the game, no problem. When I go to check my save files in my computer documents, however, no save files were created, either under the game's folder or under the PPSSPP folder. When I watch tutorial vids, it seems that the save file ends up on their game file and then they copy and past that into PPSSPP's memorystic. I cannot do this :/

Anyhow, maybe I missed something obvious, but I can use some help! Much obliged~

The android version doesn't seem to have a memstick folder, like the PC version does, so I'm just wondering how I would do that.

I got a very capable android box; it's called zidoox9 and its specs are as follows:

Chipset: MSTAR MSO9180D1R
Processor: Quad core ARM Cortex A9
RAM: 2G DDR3
GPU: Mali-450

I think its specs would make it a good performer, or so i hope

In any case my problem is that the game i tested seems to run in background, and i hear music but the screen stays 100% pitch black.

Is there any "magic" setting i can try to fix the issue? Is it a problem with my chipset/gpu/processor not being supported?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have been having an issue with pre rendered cutscenes with PPSSPP on android. Whenever I play any game with pre rendered cutscenes the game screen shrinks and goes to the lower left hand corner of the screen. This doesn't happen with in engine cutscenes.

Whatever the problem is, I can't play Silent Hill Shattered Memories because of it.

Can anyone please help?

Since I now have PPSSPP successfully running on my Nvidia Shield Portable, I was wondering if you all could help me crack my next problem.

I'm trying to find a solution to another problem I have. Basically, I want to stream games from my Android device (in this case, an Nvidia Shield Portable or Shield Tablet - I have both.), to my PC to be broadcasted by OBS to the internet.

Now, it seems easy enough to find a program that mirrors the screen of my Android, but here is the problem. I can't for the life of me seem to find a program that successfully streams the audio.

I have tried a program called Screen Stream Mirroring, which I'm working with the dev on a solution for this - but it basically streams the video and no sound, even though it *should* stream sound as well.

The other program, Weak Control, streams both sound and video, but it runs choppy on my PC for some reason, despite having ample processing power and bandwidth to play with.

So, I'm wondering if any of you could help me figure out a solution for this. Weak Control is *almost* there, but the sound and video are sluggish, even at low resolution settings which should be capable of streaming. Any ideas? It uses Google Chrome as it's host on the PC.

Any ideas from any of you people who are much smarter than I am when it comes to this stuff? Thanks!

I dont know if it is supposed to be like that but, like in psp, you can move really slowly or move normaly with your left analog st. (and only analog st. since its a psp), but in ppsspp i can only move normally so... how do i explain it better...

So Im playing ''MGS PW'' and in the game you can either move slowly or fast, and i dont know how to move slowly or even configure it in the ppsspp mapping.
I use Fusa Gamepad v3 and i dont really know what to do, I've already search through alot of post and found nothing.

''Why dont you play in the psp instead?'' Because i know that if i play in the pc it would be more enjoyable.

Would appreciate if someone knew what to do.

I am using ppsspp with retroarch on win74 64. I can't get the program to work as a standalone app.

I prefer pixel accurate replication of the graphics like with unfiltered software render epsxe or the way many 8bit and 16bit emulators appear. I don't like filters or blurring or shaders. When I run ppsspp in retroarch it seems like no matter what my settings the display is hella blurry. Does anyone know the right settings please? I tried turning up internal/output resolutions but it still appeared filtered and there were a lot of glitches.

Thank you for this majetic application,with this,i can play my old psp game on my android phone without my broken psp.

But something wrong happened,i once installed ppsspp before then i accidently removed it,and now,when i try to reinstall it againt,but the app just can not be installed.The android phone just said "This app isnot installed".I tried CHPlay version but it's really bug me,it would remove any games on "current games" tab and so did the "adress iso" tab when i closedthe app.So,there í any way could fix this problem ?.
