Hi,
My first query is that of button mapping for my fightstick. I am using the Venom PS3/PS4 Official Fightstick. I see where the button mapping menu is, and I select the option to map a specific key, but when I press my fightstick button - as I did for ePSXe, successfully I might add - there is no response. I tested a keyboard stroke, and that registered successfully. I have looked online and found precious little in the way of help. I really cannot play fighting games via keyboard, nor pad for that matter. Any help here very much appreciated.

My second issue is game speed. More specifically when playing with the screen at full size or even one mm out from the small view at present. The speed is fine in this small display but it would be nice to increase it. What options do I have in trying to rectify this? Again, any help much appreciated.

I just downloaded PPSSPP the latest main release 1.1.1 but it crashes when I open it after about 3-4 seconds. I tried the latest build as well, same issue.

What can I do to fix this?

EDIT: Some more info, I have a GTX 660 as GPU. I'm not able to change any settings in the app since it crashes before it lets me. I also tried running as admin.

It gives me an error box "Wait for EmuThread timed out".

Don't know if this is an issue with my games, PPSSPP, or what but I can't get any cheats to work on either the PC or Android version.

I've tried using the import from cheat.db option and even created my own cheats following instructions on forums. I can see the cheats on PPSSPP and they are enabled in settings but nothing happens. I've checked to see if it is the region of the games and I've tried using codes from EU and US also.

The current version of PPSSPP that I'm using is v. 1.1.1 and the latest from Google Play.

Also, does this game not allow you to edit memory using Cheat Engine? This is the only emulator that I can't get Cheat Engine to work with.

with this configuration the game run slow:

-PSP x5 or x4 or x3 or x2 or x1
-scale x3 or x2 or off
-spline curves quality: high
-Game: Idolmaster Shiny Festa - Honey Sound
-Os: Windows 7
-the rest: default

but with the same configuration(same pc) in windows xp the game run fast, and with dirext3d with this configuration

-PSP x10

Now I chage this option:
-scale x3 to x4
and the game's speed increase(I don't understand it very well).

(I'm trying the latest version now.. v1.1.1.8.7.2-g490c453 (windows) will post any changes..
No same deal.

Regular v1.1.1 has the issue as well.

I seem to have ran into this issue I believe only after updating to the latest version.. I could be wrong but never realized it until then. There is a prob when resizing the window if using OpenGL (This doesn't happen with directX). If you open the emu at say 2x window size, it'll start off displaying correctly. Now, if you resize the window from 2x > 3x or 1x you'll see what I've seen in these snapshots.

Any idea why this is? Any selected options I may have checked?

I want this to be short as possible.
I just want answer - if i play on /D: (backup) and then save using save states/ in-game saves, it will be stored in PPSSPP, not like My Documents, etc.

Hi there, it's been a while i'm looking for an answer to my problem on internet.
i found nothing so i hope you'll be able to guide me.

First, i play on ANDROID. i use different emulators like ePSXe, drastic, etc.
all of them works just fine with my ps4 controller, which is a real pleasure to play with because i don't want to buy another controller for that.

My problem is that, even though the controller is recognized by ppsspp, it's very (let's say impossible) to play with.
i've been fighting with the controller configuration in the settings and stuff but i'm surrendering...
When i press square, circle is recognized, etc etc.
when i finally find a way to put square as square, circle as circle, it's the joystick and direction cross that doesn't answer anymore !
i really don't understand what is wrong.
i really hope you guys can help me, that would be really nice of you.
