| PPSSPP 1.4 crashes when exiting some games |

I have version 1.3 and 1.4 with the same settings. I've also tried 1.4 DX11 too but get the same issue.
When I exit some games using Launchbox's controller automation with my xbox one controller button combo (select + start sends like an escape key), it crashes PPSSPP.
If I run and exit the same games with PPSSPP version 1.3, no such crashes.
Here are some of the games that cause the crash for me:
But Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 , Ape Escape: On the loose, F1 Grand Prix, Fight Night Round 3
Windows 10 x64 with latest updates.
I run the games in 1.3 and 1.4 using this command line parameter:
--escape-exit --fullscreen
I always see d3d11 in the event viewer application errors. I've tried setting OpenGL but even doing that the event viewer still seems to show the reference to d3d11.dll

hi,
i did some testing (reinstalling 1.3 , doing clean install of 1.4 and so on) and can report that version 1.4 crashes after some time (after 1 hour to 3 hours of gameplay) while playing monster hunter freedom unite EUR on galaxy s7 during variable actions like loading, at the start of a quest or something else.
version 1.3 never crashes (same settings on both versions / standard settings 2x/2x rendering and post processing bloom, adhoc coop hosted on a pc)
i went back to 1.3 using the apk for now

So i have been playing Star Ocean : First Departure and Persona 1 on ppsspp.
I have owned these games physically for many years so i had no qualms in regards to finding iso's for them.
i had no problems at all playing both of these games for a couple of days.
it all looks great, sounds great and plays great. it's like playing on an actual psp aside from the obvious resolution that looks sort of stretched, but that's natural.
anyway, suddenly the games starts to freeze for exactly one second and then starts again. everything stops, from sound to gameplay and then resumes.
this happens approx. every minute or so which is now ruining my experience.
but i cannot understand what is happening. i played for over 20 hours without this happening at all.
now i am utterly unable to enjoy playing these games on ppsspp.
i have tried to tweak with the settings, but i am honestly not very savvy with that kind of thing. but i cannot see how settings would matter as i did not fiddle with them at all during the many hours i played without any problems at all.
...anybody have any ideas?

| Audio crackling with Vsync |

I've been playing through Chains of Olympus using PPSSPP but one thing I noticed is that there is a lot of screen tearing when running it full screen.
To deal with it I tried the Vsync option and while it works wonders against the screen tearing, it causes the audio to crackle/pop. With vsync enabled the game speed hovers around 96% instead of the 100% without it despite running at around 300% in the same screen at 3x resolution with the frame limiter disabled.
Is there anything I can do to remove this crackling?
