I've started to use PPSSPP as emulator from attract mode front end in Windows. With my other emulators I can quit the game using select + start on my xbox controller. I can't for the life of me figure out how to do it with PPSSPP. Does anybody know if it's possible?
In Parappa the Rapper I’m doing pretty good, pushing the buttons in the right timing, but the game somewhy decides that I am not rapping good. Please help me.
So i passed persona 3 from my laptop to my phone and the game is not showing up while persona 2 is but it just gives me a black screen so have i done something wrong or something else?
Hi, I figured I would ask here as its a prevailent issue I have with ppsspp but its not limited to it. I have searched the web far and low to find how to stop this but still cant figure it out so any help would be appreciated.
To make it short, when I play anything on ppsspp with xbox one controller and even slightly tilt the controller to left or right (it feels like the direction changes too) it boots me from the game into the esc menu, where you can see your save states and cheats and such. I have had this issue since I started using this controller, it does it with steam and it used to open xbox store as well for whatever reason. I somehow managed to turn it off for the store but nowhere else. Its incredibly distracting and annoying when I move slightly and the game just goes to the menu fourt times in a row because it rememers the input.
Basically its like my controller has a tilt to whatever side binded as a button press and for the life of me I cant figure out how is that even possible, I didnt even see anyone ever having the same issu aside for some users on steam having similar problem, but not exactly the same.
I switched to using my ps4 controller since its been driving me crazy and there is no issue of that sort there.
i would be grateful for any and all hints, I know its got nothing to do with the ppsspp settings themselfs but with the controller settings instead, but even so if anyone knows how to solve this I will love you forever
Long story short, Windows 10 updates are terrible and cause a lot of compatibility issues for us, in this instance, PPSSPP seems to be affected for me.
This video is an example of what happens when I run the emulator through OBS. It doesn't seem to matter which version or game you use (tried 1.01 and 1.54 with a few different games)
- This ALSO happened on Bizhawk but a newer version fixed this.
- This will only occur if I have OBS running on 60FPS (same with the bizhawk issue before the newer version fixed it) 30FPS will run totally normal.
Because Windows 10 is so terrible and invasive, I can't reverse the update since it's been 10 days since install. I really don't want to do a recovery as it's a royal pain and I'm also not totally confident yet that I can permanently quarantine the files that allow windows update to install without your permission if I were to do so.....so I'm hoping I could find a solution here.

Recently, i wanted to finish the game Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition, but i got a "minor" problem.
In fact, this isn't a gamebreaking crash, as far as i know, the crash comes when i buy NO2 upgrade for the SL55 AMG*. When i auto-upgrade, and when i manually upgrade and exit the upgrades menu.
Maybe the crash occurs with others cars, but i don't have all of them.
I don't know how to explain why the crash comes but i saw something called log/debug console, i screenshoted it, i don't know if it's important ^^
If i write a topic about this, it's maybe because it could help with other games' crashs (i dunno :p), because i think there is much more important to do than working on this minor problem

Edit*: the crash occurs while buying or not the NO2 upgrade, just need to go to the performance menu to make the crash happen.
I was playing p3p with a progress of 20+ hours of gameplay then when I started the game today I ACCIDENTALLY saved the main menu instead of loading the save state =( I didn't use the game's save function I only used the emulator's so please help is there a way to recover my save state?
