  Is there a recovery mode implemented into this emulator?
Posted by: Hendrik498 - 05-30-2018, 05:09 PM - Forum: General Discussion and Announcements - Replies (7)

On an actual PSP, if you hold R when turning on the PSP, the PSP goes into recovery mode where you can enable/disable some things including plugins.

Does this mode exist in PPSSPP? Because I want to enable some plugins that I placed inside Documents>PPSSPP>seplugins

  Games with Camera control with stick
Posted by: PEPEESEESEPEPE - 05-29-2018, 01:15 PM - Forum: General Discussion and Announcements - Replies (6)

Hi All.
I'd like to try a few more games, but I really can't stand using the camera with the trigger buttons.

Could you please recommend which games (that require camera movement) are available with a cheat code that allow using the right stick for camera control, or somehow being able to map the diagonals?

thanks

Information Dissidia 012 IGPU linux visual glitch
Posted by: Leonardo996 - 05-28-2018, 01:04 PM - Forum: General Discussion and Announcements - Replies (1)

Hello, i have a reaaaally old laptop, CPU: Pentium IV T4300 and IGPU: Intel GMA 4500Mhd, i was playing a lot of dissidia 012 on windows on Opengl renderer, and everything was fine, but on the past months i was trying linux on my laptop for studies and emulator porpuses, but on the linux (and a tested a lot of distros) this game show me a visual bug just on this laptop (on my PC with a decent rig it works fine on linux too) the visual glitch that i am telling i will put a lot of screen shots below. i hope that someone that understand of PPSSPP could help me out, i would be really glad. I think that its related to the intel linux driver for this old IGPU, but maybe someone can help.

  Macro for Patapon 3????
Posted by: Rubberninja237 - 05-27-2018, 07:16 PM - Forum: General Discussion and Announcements - Replies (5)

I'm trying to program a macro to auto attack, auto walk, all that jazz, but for some reason it can't input to PPSSPP. I'm using Pulover's Macro Creator v5, and it works for windows programs like notepad but it won't input to PPSSPP. Can anyone help me out here?

  BBSFM(English Patched) iso help
Posted by: UkirWolf - 05-27-2018, 05:49 PM - Forum: General Discussion and Announcements - Replies (1)

Can someone please post a link for this iso that is now apparently completely nonexistent? (besides some that I've found split into multiple parts for download.) Reason being is that my laptop charger is lost, making access to a computer in order to merge the iso files impossible.

or is there a way to merge them on iOS somehow?

A thread here suggests the use of keytotruth's version of the game, when the link that person provided on their YouTube has been expired for more than half a decade.

Please help? Sad

is there a magic link to this pre-patched iso that still works, without the need to merge multiple parts somewhere that I just cannot find?

  Default button mapping: Are buttons swapped for anyone else?
Posted by: Rekrul - 05-27-2018, 08:10 AM - Forum: General Discussion and Announcements - No Replies

PPSSPP's default button mapping is;

^ = B1
O = B3
X = B2
[] = B4

On all the gamepads I've tried, the button mapping is always;

^ = B1
O = B2
X = B3
[] = B4

It goes in order clockwise starting at the top.

Also, for some reason, on all my pads, Select is B10 while Start is B9, which is the opposite of PPSSPP's default mapping. All the rest are correct.

I'm not complaining, it's easy enough to change, I'm just curious if most people's gamepads are like this or if mine are the exception.

  Dev Builds

I'm on 1.5.4 right now and I'm wondering if the probable bugs are worth updating to the latest dev build for or if I should just wait till 1.6 officially releases

  Stuttering and fps jumping in GoW games
Posted by: vsub_ - 05-20-2018, 09:37 AM - Forum: General Discussion and Announcements - No Replies

Any idea what is going on.
I decided to try the latest beta and tried to play the GoW games but the fps keeps jumping up and down and sometimes I don't get full speed for few seconds.

I am using the default settings and even tried setting the laptop cpu to be always at max Ghz and set the nvidia gpu at maximum performance but there was no difference at all(and yes,ppsspp is using the nvidia gpu not the igpu)

It's like it's slowing down every time the game tries to load something new(loading the game in ram also has no effect)

6700HQ,GTX1060,Win10 and plugged in(not on battery)...and the cpu\gpu are not overheating
