I'm using PPSSPP 1.54 on Debian 9.3, i connected 2 PCs witha LAN cable and configured the IPs in Network MAnager, enabled WLAN in PPSSPP and built-in AD-hoc server on the PPSSPP's network options and It doesnt work. Does anyone know how to play PPSSPP multiplayer games in Debian?

Greetings all, I'm relatively new to the emulating scene and completely new to PPSSPP (as well as forums also). I've gotten everything set to my liking however there are a couple problems I have run into.

1. Periodic pauses in emulation when using OpenGL and D3D9.

2.terrible screen tearing when using D3D11.

My system specs are a Lenovo 330S-15ARR laptop with:
AMD Ryzen 5 2500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.00GHz
8.00 GB Ram
Windows 10 64-bit.

VSync is ON but obviously ineffective.

D3D11 seems to perform best and display everything properly so if anyone could help me figure out how to simply fix the screen tearing that would be appreciated.

I'm open to any help however.

Edit: Ok so by using Direct3D Overrider I've managed to fix the screen tearing on the 32-Bit version of PPSSPP! It definitely slows down some games like Wipeout Pulse as one might expect.
I am currently trying to fix an issue with Final Fantasy 1's world map (graphical glitches regarding the water) but I will make a separate thread about that if I can't find one.

Feel free to still leave suggestions and comments. I will check back on this topic periodically.

PPSSPP version 1.7.1


So I'm having an issue with my keyboard anytime I play any game with PPSSPP, where keys will get stuck pressed. If I alt tab to a browser to look something up and start typing, or click on discord on my second monitor and start typing something, a key (any key) will get stuck pressed down and spam across the field until I pull the usb plug on my keyboard and plug it back in.

This happens very frequently, often within a sentence or two. I've also found it's not just using my keyboard outside of PPSSPP because once when I hit esc to open the pause menu, the esc key got stuck and was flipping in and out of the pause menu at a rapid pace

Sometimes instead of a key being stuck pressed down, the keyboard just suddenly freezes, and cant hit any key, in PPSSPP or outside of it. Again, having to pull the usb plug and plug it back in again to get it working.

The key getting stuck happens not only with a game going, but also in the pause menu and even with no game launched yet, just the default PPSSPP home screen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated since I often need to look up words in google translate for jp games I'm playing, and having to use my phone is pretty slow

I'm having problem with the Dpad in ppsspp on android. for some reasons controls work smoothly except the dpad which i tried to map on my controller. the controller is working with other emulators except ppssspp. I have seen some few thread related to my problem and there were no workaround or a solution to fix this problem.

The Phone that i am using is the Huawei Y9 2018 with an Android 8 and the controller/gamepad that i am using is the Ipega 9083 which i bought last week. so i'm hoping if there is a fix for this or the development team can find a solution to this?

From my experience on a slow pc,gow games were the only games that were the hardest games to get full speed,I had to underclock ppsspp,use non buffered renderng and frame skipping to make them playable

So what will be the cheapest samsung phone that will allow me to play gow without any special cnfguration

hi i am having trouble with phantasy star portable for psp emulator when ever i run the camera isnt centered on the character it facing an up kinda postion is there way so that it wont do that and be centered on the charcater? im using the latest version of psp emulator

just curious , is there any different between internal or external memory for ppsspp games ???
