in my opinion we will need dual core plus to emulate the psp at full speed 333 mhz times ten unless you know something i dont.

maybe with frameskip it could boost fps.

my current phone i9003 oc to 1,35 ghz im expecting no more than half speed but lets see.

dreamcast emu could run.
