Correctly! The Cortex A9 to A15, have difference in consume. The ARMv8 will be better. And mAh of battery will be more.

Realy? That would be awesome Big Grin

Oh yes! have read: http://www.techradar.com/news/computing-...es-1108796
Am I the only person on this planet who don't want this to happen?

Why? Huh
Because, like you know, could it become so strong it will literally kill the sales of whatever PC/laptop, gaming console, and whatever electronic devices in the same time? Scary but it's what gonna happening.

Speaking of video games, see for yourselves how far Japan have fucked themselves so badly with those so-called 'MOBIEL GAEMS'. I'm pretty sure the rest of the world will jump the hypeboat shortly afterwards.

That would quickly cast the end of humanity itself then.

I'm serious. We'll see about that.

Its all gonna be about custom building PC's. Mine is custom built (8 years old) i just keep upgrading parts. I understand the mass market will stop producing them as a all-in-1 package in the future i'm afraid.

What I said by 'PC' actually including laptops and whatnots too (bargain tier, mid tier, gamer tier, elite tier, you name them), so......

Oh, and the hardware components counts as well.

Not impressed. Pass.

Besides I'll be impressed if they can make it through. ~$10M from $32M in 5 days left.

From a hardware standpoint I agree. As a smartphone there's too much power to utilize any time soon, and as a PC it's mediocre. From a uniqueness standpoint it's kind of cool though, and the geek in me wants one to play around with. Although I wouldn't use it as my main anything. Can you imagine getting a virus or malware on this while it's a PC and losing both your desktop and smartphone at the same time? You'd be royally screwed. That being said it's still one of those one-of-a-kind products, and I'm kind of sad it's not being made.

Everyone prefer an portable thing than an non-mobile. In future all things will be portable (maybe also the houses Tongue), the consoles and computers too. Maybe they join all in an portable device, computer, videogame, phone, etc. But it will take many years. But now, everyone prefer buy an last generation console than an phone that emulate a console (PS2, PSP, GameCube, etc.) of 2 generations ago, at least the games fan. Smile
