Yeah, people have been reporting this crash for a while now..I'm unsure if it's a patch bug or a bug in PPSSPP.

I check files on 5.0 patch for PS3 and PSP... For now everything is OK. No bug in code... Checking more... If this is patch I compile new one and post updated version on blog ;-)

I can never seem to reproduce this crash consistently in PPSSPP. It's frustrating.

RE: Monster Hunter Portable 3rd HD VER
OK, I check all code in TMO 5.0 patch for PS3 and PSP. Both version have the same code.
On PSP with TMO 5.0 Patch for PSP works fine (no crashes).
Os PS3 with TMO 5.0 Patch for PS3 works fine (no crashes).
On PPSSPP with TMO 5.0 Patch for PS3 works works (but with occasionally crashes) Undecided

RE: Monster Hunter Portable 3rd HD VER
It's probably a CPU bug somewhere, then.

k39bk: The latest development versions have the FMVs working, so just grab one of those. As for the lighting being wrong, yes, all of the MonHun games, including this one, have incorrect lighting.

RE: Monster Hunter Portable 3rd HD VER
I found in options weird something ;-)
Two new options: Light Bloom & Depth Of Field ??
This is only for PS3, on PSP we don't have this Undecided
But on PPSSPP this two new effect don't work... Is possible to apply/run them in PPSSPP ??

RE: Monster Hunter Portable 3rd HD VER
You don't really need 6 question marks, but anyway:

PPSSPP doesn't support post processing right now(I'm assuming the game would draw the frame and then apply DoF/bloom on top, which afaik PPSSPP doesn't support right now).
