There have been a lot of improvements since then. Can you try again in the latest git build, and if it doesn't work post a log?

I think the problem with this game is invalid seeks. JPCSP boots it, so I looked at what it does for sceIoLseek() (that's what this game uses).
I tried a hack seek method and I think I got it to the titlescreen (although since it was a hack, the seeks were still invalid, and graphics and audio didn't actually show up). Or, based on my log I think it got to the titlescreen.

The first few screens of the game have no audio, then around 18 seconds later it gets to the titlescreen and starts an atrac3+ BGM.

...which seems to be happening at the end of my log.
