I'm playing The Sims 2 PSP via PPSSPP on WinXP, and have managed to beat approximately two thirds of it. But at some point of the game (namely, "beelzebeef" cutscene) it just halts with this continuous alert in log console:

What can I do about it?

UPD. Problem solved with PPSSPP 0.8.1, and the game is fully playable now.

On v0.9.5-373-ga6ee264 x86 not working when load game show psp info no save and if you click O emulator off ,but in final 0.9.5 work normal - if you save in 0.9.5 and copy save to v0.9.5-373-ga6ee264 the emulator load a save and close.

I have found a bug in 0.9.5, which wasn't fixed by 0.9.6.
Player's (rarely) and npc faces seem not to match the body.
It happens clearly from the beggining of the game, I've found this bug very irritating so haven't proceeded further. Anyway, game looks and works pretty good.
Bug occurs with default 0.9.6 settings, I tried to fix it with different ones but nothing helped.
If someone knows how to fix that, please help
Edit1: OK, I fixed it by disabling Software Skinning.

sorry to bump here, but i also havent found the answer to my problem in this game...
im using a downloaded cso of the sims 2 and the game seems to run too fast, making it unplayable(iphone 5 ios 7.0.4)
using the speed limit and 60fps max doesnt work, the game runs on 300-400 speed

The sims 2 is still slow and buggy. The head separates off the body and other 3D models are messed up. Can this please get looked into? Its been almost a year and it still doesn't work right. Android 4.4 galaxy s4

Hello, has anybody managed to fully play this game?

I'm using this version: ppsspp-v0.9.7.2-223-g641064f-windows-amd64

Got stuck in the Beaker house due to bug, but by some miracle the house wasn't bugged in an earlier save. However, Espiritu Estate kept glitching on and off. Sometimes when I would enter it, the game would freeze and crash, so I'd have to load and earlier save and pray. Then the Dente house became glitched, the game would exit once I enter.

Eventually I went to Deadtree and Kine Dairy is completely glitched. When you go in once and exit, you can't go back again, otherwise the game freezes and exits. And you need to go back in order to progress in the game, so there's no way around it. Neither you can go back to Paradise Place, because it transports you into Espiritu Estate automatically, which crashes the game.

If anybody has played through it successfully, I implore you to tell me which version of the emulator you used!

I have managed to successfully play through this game to the very end, several times in fact, using PPSSPP v0.8.1. There were some graphical glitches here and there during the gameplay, but nothing game-breaking (the common solution for the glitch was to turn camera clock- or counterclockwise a bit, Q and W keys). No freezes or crashes either.
I had experienced some bugs (described above in this thread) with an earlier version of PPSSPP; updating the emulator has solved my problem (I even managed to successfully play a previously glitched save, although can't guarantee it in your case), so I'd recommend you to try the same. Good luck!

That version seems to be absent on the official site. If you don't mind and if you still have it installed, I'd be happy if you send the whole ppsspp folder to me by email. Just to be sure that it's the correct version, not a tweaked build, and all settings are exactly like yours. Is that possible?

If not, please specify if it was an x86 or x64 version. And whether it was an official one from official site or a tweaked build.
