Phantasy Star Portable No EXP Gain cheat?

Is there such a cheat where I can't gain any EXP for my character, just for either for my job or weapon skill level? I'm asking cause I noticed some games have it but not this, and because I wanted to level up my skills without using the max skill cheat.
