I decided to lower the render resolution from X2 (default PPSSPP i think) to the X1 (PSP render resolution) to see how it would go with buffered rendering and D3D9 and noticed the overexploding bloom with D3D9+Buffered Rendering was actually much, much worse. And i noticed that if i increase the render resolution, the bloom get much less overexploding (click to enlarge pic). Render Resolution X1 (PSP resolution) Render Resolution X2 (Default PPSSPP) Render Resolution X3 (oddly not much difference regarding the exploding bloom) Render Resolution X4 (now the bloom look exactly the same as with OpenGL, no more overexplosion of it) I tested with X5 but i saw no difference regarding the bloom thing with X4 So it looks like if you play on D3D9 and keep Buffered Rendering , you have to use a render resolution to X4 to avoid having your eyes bleeding due to how very bad the bloom overexplode. |
