Help with transferring files

Hey! I just put birth by sleep onto my PC through my PSP. The issue is, I have the jailbroken version and am unable to transfer it over to my PPSSPP app from my PC. What is the most viable way to get it to work (other than iFile because that is broken for me). I've read through all of the tutorials and I cannot seem to find out how to get it from your PC to your iDevice with the jailbroken version. Thank you!
