PPSSPP (Stable) v0v0.9.9-27-g62d1948

Can anybody tell me where I can find ppsspp_0v0.9.9-27-g62d1948.deb (deb file) or a repo that works, because AngelXWind, The Avenger and OTA installer is not working, I only found PPSSPP 0v0.9.9-37-g682e1c1 (Testing) and a repo but its 0.9.7 only and I really want to see what change and in my iPhone 5S there's a lots of bugs. I try to contact AngelXWind twice by her twitter account but she didn't answer me, she was gone but she's back now, anybody have any ideia?
