I don't know if there's a better way to locate files from an iOS device but,
you can try downloading a file manager software in your PC which can dig up folders from a connected device and look for a PSP>SAVEDATA folder, or something like that, and move your save file folders there. EDIT: Did you say you downloaded MHFU?
