believe it or not i just tried from scratch as i usually load from a save state and had the same prob wait a few seconds keep pressing start and x to get ingame If that doesnt work i dont know m8..

Also mess about with media engine and buffered rendering etc... different combinations, make sure after changing settings to restart the emu to apply.

I did what you say but on the screen of vs i keep getting the error through 8736 ...... I have already tried to of all forms and nothing ...

ripkit version doesn't work either..you just can't use savefile (when you create new game, just press circle after player name)

Thanks i have already run .... i goes from 30 to 40 with the frameskip off ... !
